Cucumber Honey Lemonade Food

EASY CUCUMBER LEMONADE RECIPE

Steps:

• Blend the cucumber with water in a blender.
• Strained and poured into the remaining water, mix with honey and lemon juice. Mix well
• and serve with ice. Enjoy

CUCUMBER HONEY LEMONADE

Steps:

• Make cucumber juice by juicing 1 large cucumber. Alternatively, you can blend up a cucumber in the blender and strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer and get rid of the pulp.
• Squeeze lemons until you have 1 cup of lemon juice. I used 6 large juicy lemons.
• In a pitcher, combine the cucumber juice, lemon juice, and 5 cups of cold water.
• In a smaller bowl, combine the honey and 2 cups of warm water. Whisk together until the honey has dissolved into the water, and then add it to the large pitcher.
• Serve cold with lots of ice.

CUCUMBER LEMONADE

Steps:

• Puree cucumbers with 1/2 cup water in a blender. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve; discard solids. Combine cucumber juice and lemonade. Serve over ice.

HONEY LEMONADE

Steps:

• Combine 1 cup water and honey in a pot over medium heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until well combined. Remove from heat and let cool, 15 to 20 minutes.
• Transfer cooled honey syrup to a pitcher and add remaining 2 1/2 cups water and lemon juice; stir to combine. Taste and adjust accordingly.

REFRESHING CUCUMBER LEMONADE

Steps:

• Make a simple syrup by stirring the water and sugar together in a saucepan over medium heat; heat until just about to boil and the sugar has dissolved. Place in refrigerator 30 minutes, or until cool.
• Place the cucumber slices in a blender or food processor; blend until mashed into a pulp. Pour the cucumber pulp into a fine mesh strainer place over a bowl to catch the liquid; allow to sit until you have about 2/3 cup of liquid from the cucumber, about 15 minutes.
• Stir the simple syrup, cucumber liquid, and lemon juice together in a pitcher. Serve cold.
