Ingredients

1 1/2 inches cucumbers, thinly sliced (English)
1/2 ounce lime juice
1 ounce gin
1 ounce ginger liqueur
1/2 ounce agave syrup
4 ounces club soda

Steps:

Muddle cucumber with lime juice in a cocktail shaker.
Add gin, ginger liqueur and agave syrup.
Fill 2/3 full with cubed ice.
Shake well.
Strain contents to a tall glass.
Top with club soda and stir gently.
Add ice as needed.
Garnish and serve.

1/3 cup COUNTRY TIME Lemonade Starter Classic Lemonade Drink Mix
1 English cucumber, peeled, cut into chunks
1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
1 cup ice cubes

Steps:

Blend all ingredients except ice in blender until smooth.
Add ice; blend on high speed until thickened.
Serve immediately.
