OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE'S CORAL REEF CRAB DIP
Posted in response to a request by Michelle S. on the boards, located online. I've not tried this myself so prep times and servings are all wild guess-timates.

Steps:
- In large bowl, mix together all ingredients except for shredded cheeses, crab, corn and peppers.
- Fold in shredded cheeses then gently fold in crab meat, corn and peppers.
- May be refrigerated or frozen for later use at this point.
- To serve, heat in microwave or regular oven, stir when warm, top with additional shredded cheese and heat a short while more for a crusty top.
- Best served with garlic Pita or bagel chips or thin Italian toast pieces.
- NOTE: Michelle reported that the Outback menu says "smoked gouda" so you may wish to try this.

Steps:
- In medium bowl, mix mayonnaise and garlic. Stir in crabmeat, celery, bell pepper, onions and seafood seasoning.
- Top toasted bread with crab mixture. Cut diagonally into quarters. Sprinkle with parsley.

Steps:
- When using canned crabmeat, drain. Combine all ingredients except English muffins with electric mixer. Spread on English muffin halves. Freeze for 1-1 1/2 hours. Cut each muffin half into 6 wedges. Refreeze in plastic bags until ready to serve. Broil until golden brown and bubbly, about 5 minutes. Serve immediately. Filling is also good on party rye, or leave the English muffin halves uncut and serve as open-faced sandwiches.

Steps:
- Remoulade: combine 3 tbsp mayo, parsley, shallots, capers, lemon zest, and pepper sauce in small bowl. Cover and refridgerate.
- Combine remaining 2 tbsp mayo, egg, mustard, bay seasoning, and worcestershire sauce in large bowl; gently stir in crabmeat.
- Shape into 8 patties. Refridgerate, covered, for 30 minute.
- Spray large nonstick skillet over med-high heat.
- Cook crabcakes until well browned. Serve with remoulade.
- 4 Points plus yields 2 crab cakes and 2 tbsp sauce.
