3 boneless skinless chicken breasts ((filleted into 6 pieces) )
2 cups Pizza Sauce
1/2 cup water
1 cup Pepperoni Slices
2 cups Mozzarella Cheese ((shredded) )

Steps:

  • Lay the chicken in the bottom of the crockpot.
  • Top with the pepperoni slices.
  • Then pour over your pizza sauce and the water.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Then top with the shredded mozzarella cheese. Cover and cook on high for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is completely melted.
  • Serve as is or over pasta and enjoy!

1 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans tomato sauce
2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 teaspoon thyme
1 tablespoon garlic powder

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in crock pot.
  • Stir to make sure chicken is coated well.
  • Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
  • Hint: This is very good served over pasta.

This is my own recipe and a family favorite. We take it camping and enjoy taking it to pot lucks as well. Hope you have all found a new family favorite of you own enjoy seeing your variations.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 1/2 cups biscuit mix or 1 1/2 cups Bisquick, clone
1/2-3/4 cup water (Enough to make drop dumplings or form a sticky ball)
1 (16 ounce) jar pizza sauce or 2 cups homemade pizza sauce
1 -2 cup mozzarella cheese, depending on how much cheese you like
pizza toppings, of your choice (precook and drain any raw meats)
2 tablespoons olive oil

Steps:

  • Drizzle olive oil on the bottom of the crock then put about one quarter of your pizza sauce on the bottom of the crock.
  • Mix up your crust and spread on top of the sauce to almost touch the sides then cover with the remaining sauce and coat it all over so it sort of swims in the sauce like a giant soft dumpling.
  • Top with cheese and your chosen meat and veggies, cover and cook on high for about 2 hours. Enjoy!

1 (16 ounce) box rigatoni pasta
1 lb ground beef
1 lb Italian sausage
2 onions
2 garlic cloves
2 (14 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
1 (12 ounce) can tomato paste
8 ounces fresh mushrooms
1 (8 ounce) package sliced pepperoni
1 green onion
1/4 cup sliced green olives
1 teaspoon dried basil or 1 teaspoon oregano
salt and pepper
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Cook the rigatoni noodles until al dente or according to package directions. Drain and set aside. Brown the sausage, ground beef and 2 chopped onions. When meat is cooked thoroughly, add chopped cloves of garlic. Cook until garlic is tender. Drain fat from mixture. Add all remaining ingredients except for the parmesan cheese. Put in to crock pot and cover. Cook on low 4-6 hours. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve. You can also top with shredded mozzarella cheese.

12 ounces egg noodles
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 teaspoons italian seasoning
3 cups grated cheddar cheese
4 ounces sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
28 ounces Prego spaghetti sauce, any flavor
3 1/3 ounces sliced pepperoni or 3 1/3 ounces Canadian bacon
3 cups grated mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Cook noodles as directed on package.
  • Brown ground beef with onion until the meat is no longer pink.
  • Add spaghetti sauce & mushrooms to meat.
  • Spray large crock pot with cooking spray.
  • Place layers in crock pots as follows:.
  • 1/3 meat-sauce mixture.
  • 1/3 of the egg noodles.
  • 1/3 of the pepperoni/canadian bacon slices.
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese.
  • 1 cup mozerella cheese.
  • Repeat these layers 2 more times.
  • Cook on low until heated through. Approximately 3 - 4 hours.
