3 pounds potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
½ cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped cooked ham
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
½ cup water
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Steps:

  • Place sliced potatoes in slow cooker. In a medium bowl, mix together shredded cheese, onion and ham. Mix with potatoes in slow cooker. Using the same bowl, mix together condensed soup and water. Season to taste with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Pour evenly over the potato mixture.
  • Cover, and cook on High for 4 hours.

2 1/2 lbs aprox. potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 (8 ounce) cans cream of celery soup
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
3 ounces sliced cheddar cheese
1 1/2 lbs thick sliced ham (or more)
1 onion, diced

Steps:

  • Put approx half of potatoes in crock pot, then lay in ham, then the diced onion, then the rest of the potatoes. Top with the soup, chunk the butter and drop around, and then the cheese. 2 cups milk
¼ cup all-purpose flour

My Favourite Crock Pot Ham and Scalloped Potatoes image

When I am cooking for a large group I often will make this crock pot recipe; as it can cook nicely in the background. I sometimes make a little change with the sauce, wherein I take 1 cup sour cream and 1 can cream of celery soup (low fat) I add 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese to the sauce, then I add the ham, onions and potatoes back into the crock pot. That goes across well with my hungry Free-Mason men whom I make dinner for once a month.

1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
5 medium potatoes
1 cup chopped onion
salt and pepper, to sprinkle
1/2 cup flour
