Steps:
- Brown your ground beef with your onion and garlic in a skillet or on a 6 quart browning multicooker.
- Place browned beef (drain if desired) in your slow cooker or multicooker and add ranch, au jus, butter, pepperoncis and juice.
- Stir well and cook on low for 4 hours.
- Stir in cream cheese and cooked macaroni and serve.
SLOW COOKER MACARONI AND CHEESE

- In a large 4-quart slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray, mix the macaroni, evaporated milk, milk, butter, salt, pepper, eggs and all but 1/2 cup of the grated cheese. Sprinkle the reserved cheese over the top of the mixture and then sprinkle with paprika. Cover and cook on low heat for 3 hours and 15 minutes. Turn off the slow cooker, stir the mixture and serve hot.

CREAMY CROCK POT MACARONI AND CHEESE
Yummy!! Free up your oven and cook this classic dish in your crock pot! I made this is my taller older, 4 qt. crock pot rather than my new larger oval shaped one that tends to run hot. This could also be baked in the oven if necessary.

- Cook macaroni 4-6 minutes, keeping macaroni very al dente. Drain. Toss hot pasta with butter.
- In a greased crock pot, add cheese, soup, milk, sour cream, eggs, salt, pepper and mustard powder. Mix to combine.
- Add pasta to crock pot. Stir to combine well.
- Cook on low 2 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. (Careful because when I cooked mine 30 min too long, it started to become grainy!).

- Sauté onion and pressed garlic in 1 T butter.
- Shake 3 T flour with some of the milk in a shaker so it isn't lumpy.
- Combine all ingredients in crock pot and stir well.
- Cook 4 hours on high, stirring hourly so the flour thickens the sauce evenly.

Steps:
- In a medium pot, whisk together milk, flour, and mustard powder until smooth. Heat over medium high heat, whisking constantly, until mixture bubbles and thickens. Reduce heat to low. Add Cheez Whiz, parmesan cheese, and pepper. Stir until cheese are melted. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a deep skillet, cook beef, onions, zucchini, and garlic over medium heat over high heat until meat is no longer pink. Break up any large pieces of beef while it's cooking. Drain off any liquid or fat in pan. Stir in tomatoes and cook 1 more minute.
- Add cooked pasta and reserved cheese sauce. Mix well and cook until heated through. Remove skillet from heat. Sprinkle macaroni mixture with shredded cheese. Cover and let stand 5 - 10 minutes before serving.
