Cheesy Cream Cheese Hamburger Pasta Casserole is a delicious comfort food casserole. My family has been making this ooey gooey cheesy casserole for years.

Steps:
- Preheat your oven to 350°.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, saute the hamburger and cook until almost cooked through.
- Add the onion, peppers, garlic salt and pepper ad cook until the veggies are cooked through.
- In a medium saucepan boil water for pasta . Add pasta and cook until pasta is just al dente. Do not over cook as the pasta will continue to cook in the oven. Drain.
- Add the cream cheese. If you didn't leave it out at room temperature you can microwave it for a minute in the microwave. Add sour cream and Parmesan cheese.
- In a sprayed 9"x 13" casserole dish, add the pasta mixture. Then add the hamburger mixture and sauce on top and stir until everything is loosely combined.,
- Top with the shredded cheddar or mozzarella.
- Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is heated through. Serve immediately.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Add bell pepper, tomato, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook and stir until pepper has slightly softened, about 5 minutes. Strain 1/2 of the liquid from the canned diced tomatoes into the mixture.
- Stir diced tomatoes, onion, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper into the ground beef mixture. Simmer until some of the liquid has reduced, about 10 minutes. Add rice and mix well. Transfer to a casserole dish and sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 7x11-inch baking pan.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease.

- Add ground beef, salt, pepper and garlic to a large skillet then brown and crumble over medium-high heat. When beef is about half cooked, add onion, celery and red pepper flakes then continue cooking until beef is cooked through and veggies are starting to become translucent. Do not drain. Spray a medium-sized casserole dish (1.5 quart) with cooking spray or rub with butter. In a separate bowl, whisk together broth and soup until smooth. Pour soup mixture and rice into skillet and stir until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated. Pour into prepared casserole dish, cover tightly with aluminum foil then bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until rice is tender. Remove casserole from oven and let rest, covered, for 15 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired. I don't know if this can be made with Minute rice or brown rice because I've never cooked either type of rice. This recipe doubles easily in a 3-qt 13x9 dish. Cook 15-30 minutes longer or until rice is tender. You must cover the dish TIGHTLY with foil to ensure the moisture stays inside to cook the rice through. I don't know how this could be converted to a slow cooker recipe.

- Place oven rack in middle position Heat oven to 400 degrees. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Process melted butter and bread in food processor until coarse crumbs form, about 6 pulses.

- Cook ground beef on stovetop until no longer pink, then drain and put into slow cooker with diced onion, condensed soup, salts and diced potatoes. Stir together.
- Set to high for 3 hours. Stir and pour in broth now, stir again.
- Pour in uncooked elbow macaroni noodles and submerge into liquid on top. Cover crockpot again and cook an additional 30 minutes on high.
- Lift lid, stir. Add 2 c cheese and sour cream. Mix together well, then sprinkle remaining 1/2 c cheese on very top. Cover and cook for the last 20 minutes.
- Lift lid and serve!
