Creamy English Cucumber Bites Food

20 EASY CUCUMBER APPETIZERS

• Prep a cucumber appetizer in 30 minutes or less!

CREAMY ENGLISH CUCUMBER BITES

Steps:

• 1. In a small bowl combine softened cream cheese, miracle whip , onion, and dill. Using a mixer cream together till light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. Place in refrigerator while preparing cucumbers, this will allow the cream cheese mixture to firm up a little. Peel cucumbers lengthwise leaving 4 or 5 strips of the cucumber skin,cut off ends. Slice cucumbers into 1/2 inch slices, you want to make sure to cut them straight, remove the centers of each slice. Place cucumbers on a plate lined with a sheet of paper toweling, this will allow you to absorb some of the moisture from the cucumber slices. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes. Using a pastry bag fill the centers of the cucumber with the cheese mixture. Top with a garnish like a piece of red or yellow pepper, a sprig of dill, even a piece of bacon. Refrigerate for at least a half hour before serving so that the cheese mixture can firm up nice and stiff but still creamy.

CUCUMBER BITES

Steps:

• Combine the cream cheese, blue cheese, cranberries, pecans, butter, honey and some salt and pepper in a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Mix until fully combined.
• Spread the filling into the cucumber "boats." Slice crosswise into 1-inch pieces.

CREAM CHEESE 'N HERB CUCUMBER BITES

Steps:

• Reserve 2 Tbsp. carrots. Mix remaining carrots with cream cheese; spoon into cucumber shells. Top with reserved carrots.
• Cut each cucumber half into 5 pieces to serve.

COOL AND CREAMY CUCUMBER SPREAD BITES

Steps:

• Combine cucumbers, cheese, red onion, dill, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl. Stir well.
• Spread mixture on Snack Factory® Pretzel Crisps®.

CREAMY CUCUMBER BITES

Steps:

• Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, dressing mix and dill in a medium bowl until well mixed.
• Spread on one side of each bread slice. Top each slice with a slice of cucumber and sprinkle with additional dill.
• Chill until ready to serve.
