Steps:
- Place about 2/3 of the crumbs in a 9×13 pan, set aside.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar together in a mixing bowl until smooth. Beat in the milk and vanilla.
- Drop by spoonfuls over the crumbs. Spread carefully using a spoon dipped in hot water. Keep dipping the spoon in the water so the mixture doesn't stick to it. The crumbs will slide around, but that is okay. It doesn't need to be perfectly smooth.
- Arrange the sliced peaches over the top.
- Whip the cream and add the sugar and vanilla. Spread over the peaches. Sprinkle the last half of crumbs over top.
- Cover and chill for 2-3 hours, or over night.

- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
- To make the crust, mix butter, 1/3 cup sugar, flour, pecans and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a 10-inch pie plate.
- Bake the crust in preheated oven for 5 minutes. Remove and allow to cool.
- Meanwhile, beat the cream cheese, egg, almond extract, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth. Gently fold the peach slices into the cream cheese mixture. Spread the filling over the cooled crust. Sprinkle the cinnamon over the top.
- Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and continue to cook for 20 to 25 minutes more.

- Set oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease an an 8x8-inch baking dish, or a dish large enough to hold the mixture.
- In a bowl, sift together flour, salt, baking powder and pudding mix.
- Add in butter, egg and half and half cream; beat with an electric mixer for 3 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into prepared baking dish.
- Arrange peach slices on top of the pudding mixture.
- In a medium mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy.
- Add in 1/3 cup sugar (or more for a sweeter taste), and 3 tablespoons of the reserved peach juice; beat for 3 minutes.
- Spoon/dollop the mixture over the peaches (to within 1 inch of pan baking dish edge).
- Mix together 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon (to taste, can use more or less than 3/4 teaspoon).
- Sprinkle over the top.
- Bake for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Chill before serving.

- Preheat oven to 350. Lightly spray a 9x13 pan with non-stick spray. Set aside.
- In a food processor, crush the cookies, pecans and sugar together. Stop to pour in the melted butter. Pulse a few more times to combine. Pour out into the prepared pan. Press crust mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom of the pan. Bake at 350 for 5-7 minutes just to set the crust. Remove from oven and let cool.
- For the cream cheese layer, cream together the cream cheese, powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Fold in the thawed whipped topping. Spread over the bottom crust. Place in refrigerator while making the second layer.
- For the peach layer, peel and cut fresh or canned peaches into chunks. Add the peach chunks to the top of the cream cheese layer. Mix the pudding mix and milk. Pour over the top of the peaches.
- Top with the remaining container of frozen whipped topping and sprinkle with the toasted pecans. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving for the dessert to set-up.

- Dissolve jello in boiling water.
- Stir in peaches then refrigerate for 1½ hours until partially set.
- In a small bowl, mix pretzels, sugar, and butter together.
- Press firmly into a 13 x 9 baking dish and bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
