There is a special little bakery in New York City called Levain Bakery that makes seriously decadent and massively huge cookies, which are the inspiration for these giant treats. These oversized cookies are chewy on the inside and crispy on the outside with chunks of chocolate and slightly sweet walnuts studded throughout. The key to making them so chewy is using only dark brown sugar and skipping the granulated stuff altogether. The molasses in brown sugar gives the cookies the most ideal chewiness and just the right amount of sweetness.

2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 1/2 sticks (1 1/4 cups) unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 3/4 cups packed dark brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
One 12-ounce bag semisweet chocolate chunks or chips
2 cups walnut halves, roughly chopped
1 tablespoon flaky sea salt

Steps:

  • Sift the flour, kosher salt, baking powder and baking soda together into a large bowl.
  • Beat the butter and brown sugar in another large bowl with an electric mixer on medium-high speed, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed, until pale and fluffy, about 4 minutes. (Use the paddle attachment for a stand mixer.) Beat in the eggs one at a time, then beat in the vanilla. Reduce the mixer speed to low. Add the dry ingredients and beat until combined. Fold in the chocolate chunks and walnuts by hand.
  • Press plastic wrap directly onto the surface of the dough and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to overnight.
  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment.
  • Use a 2-ounce ice cream scoop to scoop half the dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing about 2 inches apart (you should have about 8 cookies, roughly 3 1/2-ounces each, per baking sheet). Sprinkle the flaky sea salt on top of the dough balls.
  • Bake, rotating the pans from top to bottom and front to back halfway through, until the cookies are golden around the edges but still soft in the middle, 18 to 20 minutes. Let them cool for 10 minutes on the baking sheets, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely, about 30 minutes.
  • Store the cookies in a tightly sealed container at room temperature for up to 5 days.

1 1/2 packet Oreo Cookies
3 oz (85 gms) butter
1 tub Cool Whip
1 can condensed milk
1 L indt Milk Chocolate Bar
1 1/2 cup walnuts

Steps:

  • Crush 1 1/4 packets of Oreo Cookies and set them in a dish with the help of butter and freeze it to set.
  • Now take a bowl and put Cool Whip and condensed milk in it and whip. Now put this batter on the cookies and put walnuts in this batter and again freeze it.
  • Now make small pieces of another 1/4 packet of Oreo Cookies and spread it over the batter. Now melt the chocolate and spread it over Oreo pieces and again freeze it. When it is set, enjoy your chocolate walnut delight.

Steps:

  • Cut into 2-inch bars; cool in pan. The recipe makes about 16 walnut bars.

2 cups​ graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
8 ounces cream cheese (softened )
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 (16-ounce) large tub frozen whipped topping (thawed)
2 (3.9-ounce) packages chocolate instant pudding
3 cups cold milk
Optional: 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Steps:

  • Gather the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  • In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and the melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
  • Bake for 10 minutes. Cool completely before assembling the layers.
  • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the confectioners' sugar until smooth. Stir in half of the whipped topping until well blended.
  • Spread the mixture over the cooled crust.
  • In another bowl, beat the pudding with the cold milk as directed on the package (but using only 3 cups of milk).
  • Spread the pudding over the cream cheese layer.
  • Top the dessert with the remaining whipped topping and spread to cover completely.
  • If desired, sprinkle with chopped pecans or walnuts.
  • Chill thoroughly before serving, about 2 hours.

Cool on a wire rack. , In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, confectioners' sugar, condensed milk and vanilla until smooth. Fold in 3 cups whipped topping. 2 large eggs, room temperature
1/2 cup honey

Steps:

Steps:

  • Mix flour, chopped pecans, and margarine together. Press into a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • Mix cream cheese, confectioners sugar, and cool whip. Spread mixture on cooled crust, set aside.
  • Mix instant pudding with milk. Put this mixture on top of cream cheese mixture. Top with cool whip (as much as you want) and a few chopped pecans.
  • (Any type of pudding will do, but since it's called chocolate delight, I went with chocolate pudding.).
