I got this years ago. It's crazy good! Serve with chicken-flavored crackers.

½ cup sour cream
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
½ teaspoon onion salt
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 (10 ounce) cans chunk white chicken, drained

Steps:

  • Mix cream cheese, sour cream, minced onion, onion salt, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne pepper in a bowl until well-blended. Stir in the chicken, breaking up any large pieces. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.

1 envelope (1 tablespoon) unflavored gelatin
3 tablespoons water
¾ cup mayonnaise
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 onion, chopped
1 cup celery, minced
1 (5 ounce) can chicken chunks, drained

Steps:

  • In a small pot, heat chicken soup.
  • In a small bowl, combine gelatin and water and stir it into the heated soup. Blend mayonnaise, cream cheese, onion, and celery into the soup mixture. Add chicken and continue mixing. Refrigerate overnight.

1 cup each chopped carrots, celery and onions
1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces
1/2 tsp. each dried thyme and ground black pepper
1/4 cup cornstarch
3 cups fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
1/2 cup PHILADELPHIA Garlic & Herb Cream Cheese Spread

Steps:

  • Melt butter in Dutch oven or small stockpot on medium heat. Add vegetables; cook 8 to 10 min. or until mushrooms are tender and golden brown, stirring frequently.
  • Add chicken, thyme and pepper; cook 8 to 10 min. or until chicken is done, stirring frequently. Add cornstarch; cook and stir 2 min. Stir in chicken broth; bring just to boil. Cook 1 to 2 min or until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
  • Add shredded cheese and cream cheese spread; stir until melted.

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
2 cups finely chopped cooked chicken breasts
2 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped
1/4 cup sliced green onion, plus additional
diced pimento
assorted cracker
snack bread

Steps:

  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the first seven ingredients; mix well. Stir in chicken, eggs and green onions. Shape into an 8"-inch x 2"-inch log. Garnish with pimientos and onions. Cover and chill. Remove from the refrigerator 15 minutes before serving.
  • Serve with crackers and snack bread.

This is a good spread to take to social gatherings , its often requested for me to bring my dips and this is one that I take and I will make a double batch. I enjoy it with chunks of soft bread. Some people think it a tuna spread but it's chicken.

8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 c sour cream
1 tsp dried minced onions
1/2 tsp onion salt
1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 can(s) (10oz ea.) chunk white chicken
paprika ; optional

Steps:

  • 1. In a mixing bowl ; combine the first 6 ingredients. ( I like to use a mixer )
  • 2. Mix until it's all creamy.
  • 3. Fold in drained chicken.
  • 4. Use a bowl or mold and line with plastic wrap ; fill with the chicken mixture.
  • 5. Cover and chill before serving.
  • 6. Revert onto a plate and remove the bowl and plastic wrap ; Sprinkle with paprika ; optional
  • 7. Serve with sliced bread or you can serve with crackers , toast points or raw vegetables.

1/2-3/4 cup celery, finely sliced
1/2-3/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1 1/2-2 cups mayonnaise
1/2-3/4 cup sugar or 1 (6 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2-1 tablespoon celery salt
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 tablespoon pepper
2 tablespoons vinegar

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients well and chill for at least 4 hours.
  • Serve on croissants for best results.
