1/2 cup Tang orange crystals, breakfast drink
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
8 ounces sour cream
16 ounces Cool Whip Topping
2 graham cracker pie crust

Steps:

  • Mix together Tang, sweetened condensed milk, sour cream and one of the containers of Cool Whip.
  • Use second container for topping of the two pies.
  • I sprinkle a little bit of Tang on the top for presentation.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours.

No Bake Orange Creamsicle Pie image

This No Bake Orange Creamsicle Pie comes together quick and is flavored with orange and vanilla and tastes so much better than that creamsicle popsicle of your childhood! This pie works in either a graham crack crust or a sweet pie crust, but if I had to choose I'd pick the sweet pie crust. Use the graham crack crust if you're looking for an easy choice! This "icebox" pie is best keep chilled as long as possible. It is best served after being chilled in the freezer for about 30 - 60 minutes. You could also just keep it in the freezer right after it's made, and let it sit at room temperature until it's ready to slice, about 30 minutes.

1-9" graham cracker crust or 1-9" Sweet Pie Crust
1 cup heavy cream
8-ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup (50 grams) granulated sugar
2 teaspoon orange zest
1/2 teaspoon natural orange extract (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
⅓ cup orange marmalade
whipped cream, for garnish

Steps:

  • Prepare graham cracker crumb crust or sweet pie crust (see note). Set aside.
  • With a hand mixer or a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside
  • Add to the now empty bowl the cream cheese and the sugar. Beat on medium speed until completely smooth, about 2 minutes. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and add orange zest, orange extract, vanilla extract and orange marmalade. Beat for an additional minute until fully combined.
  • Add ⅓ of the whipped cream to the cream cheese mixture and fold it in with a rubber spatula by hand until it is completely combined.
  • Add the remaining whipped cream to the bowl and gently fold it in, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
  • Pour the creamsicle filling in the prepared pie crust and smooth over the top.
  • Place in the refrigerate to set up. It needs at least 4 hours chilling time, but preferably overnight or 12 hours. Right before serving, place in the freezer for about 30 - 60 minutes for the perfect texture.

1 cup whipping cream (or non-dairy whipping cream)
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 (250 ml) container frozen orange juice concentrate
1 box instant vanilla flavor pudding and pie filling

Steps:

  • Whip the cream until stiff.
  • Add the sugar and continue whipping.
  • Add the eggs once at a time, beating continuously.
  • Add the orange juice and vanilla pudding, beat until smooth.
  • Pour into ice cream container and freeze.

3.4 oz package orange Jello
12 oz Orange Creamsicle yogurt 2-6 ounce containers
8 oz Cool Whip (store bought or homemade )
1 cup mandarin oranges
1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust

Steps:

  • Mix together the water and Jello. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Whisk in yogurt and Cool Whip Reserve 6 orange segments. Chop the remaining oranges into bite sized pieces. Fold the chopped oranges into the pie filling. Pour into pie crust and refrigerate until set. Top with reserved orange segments before serving.

  • In the bowl of a stand-up mixer with the paddle attachment (or a medium bowl using an electric hand mixer), add the the butter and beat it until smooth, about 15 seconds.
  • To two bowls, add about 1/4 cup of frosting to each. You can eyeball this. One will be our orange and another will be our stems (green). Add a drop or two of orange food coloring to one frosting bowl. And add a drop or two of green food coloring gel to the second frosting bowl. Mix until smooth. Transfer the orange frosting to a piping bag fitted with a #3 round piping tip.
  • Add the frosting to the top of the cake and smooth it out into an even layer. Make it cute with some swoops.

  • In bowl, combine Jell-o powder with ⅔ cup boiling water. Stir until powder is completely dissolved. Place ½ cup ice into a 1-cup measuring cup and top to 1 cup with cold water. Add to the Jell-o mixture and stir until ice is almost melted. Discard ice.
  • In a large bowl, fold together Jell-o mixture, orange extract, orange zest if using and ⅔ of the tub of Cool Whip (reserve the remaining ⅓ for topping). Pour the mixture into the pie crust and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
