Crazy Mixed Up Cake Food

CRAZY CAKE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 F.
• Add dry ingredients to an ungreased 8-inch round or square baking pan. Whisk to combine.
• Make 3 wells in the mixture. One larger hole and 2 smaller (see image). Pour oil, vinegar, and vanilla into the wells.
• Pour water over all of the ingredients. Mix well with a fork, making sure to get all the dry mix that gets stuck in the corners.
• Before baking, give the pan a couple of taps on the counter to help release any bubbles. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out mostly clean.
• Serve plain, topped with powdered sugar, or frosted. If frosting, allow the cake to cool to room temperate before frosting.

ONE-PAN CRAZY CAKE

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
• Sift the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt into an ungreased 8X8 glass baking dish.
• Make 3 depressions in the dry ingredients.
• Pour oil into one, vinegar into one, and vanilla into one.
• Pour water over all and mix thoroughly with a fork to moisten all dry ingredients.
• Bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
• sprinkle with powdered sugar or ice.

CRAZY CAKE

Steps:

• Add all of the dry ingredients to a bowl and mix them together to remove any lumps.
• Add the liquids and mix until smooth.
• pour into an ungreased 9x14 pan, bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.

CRAZY MIXED UP CAKE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour an 8 inch square pan. Combine the flour, brown sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt in prepared pan. Mix well with a fork.
• Make three "wells" in the dry ingredients. Pour oil in the first, vinegar in the second, and vanilla in the third. Pour milk over the top and mix all ingredients with a fork until well blended. Pour chocolate chips over the top.
• Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out with moist crumbs. Cool in pan for 15 minutes, then cut and serve directly from the pan.
