Steps:
- Dissolve jello in boiling water.
- Stir cranberry sauce in thoroughly.
- Add pineapple, nuts and wine.
- Pour into a 13x9-inch glass dish. or other mold of your choice, and chill for 24 hours.
- WHEN READY TO SERVE:.
- Stir cream cheese until soft, add sour cream and beat well. Spread on top of Jello.
- Servings: 6.

Steps:
- Bring 1 cup orange juice to simmer in heavy small saucepan. Remove from heat. Mix in dried cranberries. Let stand until softened, about 30 minutes. Drain well; discard soaking juice.
- Whisk oil, vinegar, orange peel and remaining 3 tablespoons orange juice in small bowl to blend. Mix in cranberries. Season dressing to taste with salt and pepper. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate. Bring to room temperature before serving.)
- Place greens in large bowl. Toss with 2/3 of dressing. Divide greens among 6 plates. Add orange segments to bowl; toss with remaining dressing. Top salads with orange segments and pecans.

2013-11-28 Tried this as my contribution to our Thanksgiving feast. It was a hit--good combination of flavors. Only complaint is that it did not set up overnight. I had to put it in the freezer for a couple hours to soldify enough to serve. I'll make it again, but next time I will use less sugar (it was sweeter than I like) and either halve the add-ins or double the amount of jello.
