1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
Pinch of ground cinnamon
For the cake:
1 pound (grapefruit-size portion) Apple Cider Brioche
Unsalted butter, for greasing the pan

3 tablespoons brown sugar
Grated zest of half an orange
