Cranberry Mojito With Vodka Food

CRANBERRY MOJITO

Steps:

• Add the lime juice and the mint leaves to a small pitcher. Use a muddler (or back of a wooden spoon) to crush the mint leaves.
• Mix in simple syrup, cranberry juice and rum.
• Fill the pitcher about 3/4 of the way with ice. Mix to combine everything.
• Pour into glasses filled with ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with cranberries to serve.

CRANBERRY MOJITO

Steps:

• In a jar, break up the mint leaves with the back of a wooden spoon or pestle to release the mint flavor.
• Add the brown sugar, lemon juice, cranberry juice, rum, and mineral water. Stir to combine.
• Serve in glasses with ice. Garnish with lime wedges, blueberries and a sprig of mint.

VODKA MOJITO

Steps:

• In a pitcher, combine the Simple Syrup, vodka, lime juice, and club soda. Pour into ice-filled glasses and garnish with mint sprigs.
• In a small saucepan, over medium heat, combine the sugar, water, and mint leaves. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved. Remove the pan from the heat and allow the syrup to cool for 20 minutes. Strain before using, pressing on the mint leaves to extract as much syrup as possible.

CRANBERRY VODKA

Steps:

• Prick each cranberry a couple of times with a fork and layer up in a large sterilised Kilner jar with the sugar. Pour over the vodka and leave for 2 weeks, shaking the jar each day.
• Strain and decant into decorative bottles. Seal and label.

CRANBERRY MOJITOS

Steps:

• Using a wooden spoon, mash mint with sugar in bottom of large pitcher. Add rum and lime juice; stir to dissolve sugar.
• Mix in thawed cranberry juice concentrate and water. Mix in 6 cups ice.
