- Unroll crescent roll dough and place on an ungreased 12-in. pizza pan. Flatten dough, sealing seams and perforations. Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned; cool. , In a small bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in 1 cup spinach, onion, dill, 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest, lemon juice and pepper. Spread over the crust. Top with the crab, olives and remaining spinach and lemon peel. Cut into bite-size squares.

- In a large bowl, combine 1-1/2 cups flour, yeast, sugar and salt. In a saucepan, heat water and oil to 120°-130°. Add to dry ingredients; beat on medium speed for 3 minutes. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough. , Turn onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 8 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour., Punch dough down; divide in half. On a floured surface, roll each piece into a 13-in. circle; transfer to two 12-in. pizza pans. Build up edge slightly. Prick dough thoroughly with a fork. , Bake crusts at 450° for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Combine the cream cheese, crab, milk, feta cheese, basil, oregano, and garlic powder; spread mixture over each crust. Sprinkle each with 1/2 cup Swiss cheese. Bake 10-12 minutes longer or until crust is golden and cheese is melted. Cut into wedges.

HEARTY CRAB PIZZA
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a pizza pan and sprinkle corn meal into pan.
- Poke several holes into pizza crust and place into the prepared pizza pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until crust is heated through, about 5 minutes. Remove crust and turn oven heat down to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat; cook and stir onion and garlic in hot butter until onion is tender, about 5 minutes. Stir basil, oregano, and Parmesan cheese into onion and garlic. Spread onion mixture evenly over pizza crust; top with 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Heat imitation crab in the saucepan over medium-high heat until warmed through, about 2 minutes. Sprinkle imitation crab over pizza, followed by tomato and corn kernels. Top pizza with remaining 1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese. Season with Italian seasoning.
- Bake in the hot oven until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown, 10 to 20 minutes.

CREAM CHEESE CRAB SPREAD WITH HOMEMADE CROSTINI

- Combine the cream cheese and all but 1/2 cup of the crabmeat in a medium bowl. Mix until thoroughly combined. Roll into an 8-inch log and refrigerate until firmed up slightly, about 1 hour. Refrigerate the remaining 1/2 cup crabmeat until serving.
- Meanwhile, combine the ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, salt and some pepper in a medium bowl. Taste and adjust to your liking.
- Place the log on a serving platter. Spoon some of the sauce over it, reserving the remaining sauce in a small bowl to serve on the side. Sprinkle the reserved 1/2 cup crabmeat on top and garnish with the chives. Rub the garlic onto one side of each slice of bread and arrange the bread on the serving platter.

- Heat oven to 375°F. Spray large cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray. In small bowl, combine crabmeat, cream cheese, onions and garlic salt; mix well.
- Unroll both cans of dough; separate into 16 triangles. Cut each triangle in half lengthwise to make 32 triangles.
- Place 1 teaspoon crab mixture on center of each triangle about 1 inch from short side of triangle. Fold short ends of each triangle over filling; pinch sides to seal. Roll up. Place on sprayed cookie sheet.
- In small bowl, combine egg yolk and water; mix well. Brush egg mixture over snacks. Sprinkle with sesame seed. Discard any remaining egg mixture.

- 1. Place crab meat in a small bowl that is heat proof- I used my Corelle bowl. In a measuring cup combine the egg, salad dressing or mayo, mustard, crushed crackers,seasoning,melted butter, garlic powder, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce- beat with a fork then pour over the crab meat and mix well.
- 2. Place in refrigerator. Heat oven to 375^. Place oven rack to middle of oven. Remove crab mixture and and bake for 15 minutes at this temperature; then raise oven rack to about 6 inches from broiler heat and broil for 5 to 6 minutes watching carefully. Remove from oven and sprinkle with paprika if desired and enjoy( this is just enough for a meal for me..LOL (if you are going to use the mushrooms fill them now with equal mixture on top of each.Place stuffed mushrooms in oven proof dish on middle rack of oven ; bake for 15 minutes;then raise rack to 6 inches from broiler and bake for 2 minutes)
- 3. Serve with your favorite garnish, lemon slices and or cucumber slices. Makes 2 servings

- Heat oven according to the pizza crust directions and heat the pizza until it is light golden brown, Remove pizza and set aside, leaving the oven on.

- Put the French bread or ciabatta bread halves in the oven on a baking sheet at about 350°F (175°C) or under the broiler or grill for five minutes or until they are beginning to take on a bit of colour.
- Meanwhile, mix the crab meat with the mustard, red pepper, and celery.
- Add crème fraîche or sour cream as well as salt and pepper to taste. Mix together gently.
- Divide the crab mixture between the pieces of bread and top with the cheese slices.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Add cream cheese to a mixing bowl and beat with a handheld mixer on medium-high speed for one minute. Add sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire, lemon juice and all seasonings and beat until combined.
