Steps:
- In medium bowl, combine ingredients--cheese through garlic salt. Place English muffin halves on baking sheet. Spread about 3 tablespoons cheese crab mixture on each half, dividing evenly as possible. Cut into quarter triangles. At this point you may freeze the canapes. Once they are frozen, you can remove them from the tray and store in a zip top bag or freezer safe container.
- To prepare, heat broiler on LOW. Place frozen canapes on baking sheet. Place under broiler for 5-7 minutes, checking after 5 minutes to make sure they do not burn. Heat until warmed through and cheese mixture is bubbly. If you would like them to be a little golden on top, switch broiler to HIGH and broil an additional 1-2 minutes. Serve immediately.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Add cream cheese to a mixing bowl and beat with a handheld mixer on medium-high speed for one minute. Add sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire, lemon juice and all seasonings and beat until combined.
- Stir in green onions, 1/2 cup cheddar, 1/2 cup mozzarella, then fold in crab meat. Spoon into a 2-qt. baking dish or 10" skillet and spread into an even layer. Evenly top with remaining cheeses; set aside.
- Prepare panko topping by melting butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Stir in panko and continue to stir constantly until panko is golden. Evenly sprinkle over cheeses.
- Cover with foil and bake at 375° F for 25-30 min. OR until the dip is bubbling around the edges and the dip is hot throughout (baking time will vary depending on depth of dish - don't shortcut the baking, it is what helps make it creamy).

Steps:
- Place 1/2 the crabmeat in the bowl of a food processor. Add 1/3 of the cream cheese, hot sauce, Worcestershire, horseradish, mustard, 2/3 of the green onions, salt, and pepper. Puree, running the processor for about 15 seconds. Scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl with a rubber spatula, add 1/2 the remaining cream cheese, and puree until well blended, about 15 seconds. Stop and scrape the bowl again, add the remaining cream cheese, and process until well incorporated. Adjust seasoning. Fold in the remaining onions and crabmeat and serve as a dip. Or, to make canapes, reserve the remaining crabmeat, place the puree in a pastry bag, and pipe it onto crackers or toast points. Season the reserved crabmeat, and garnish the canapes with the crabmeat and the remaining green onions.
