1 tube (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls
3 tablespoons prepared pesto
1/2 cup fresh crabmeat

Steps:

  • Unroll crescent dough; separate into 8 triangles. Cut each triangle in half lengthwise, forming 2 triangles. Spread 1/2 teaspoon pesto over each triangle; place 1 rounded teaspoon of crab along the wide end of each triangle. , Roll up triangles from the wide ends and place point side down 1 in. apart on an ungreased baking sheet., Bake at 375° until golden brown, about 10-12 minutes. Serve warm.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 tube (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls
2 packages (3 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1 cup chopped imitation crabmeat or 1 can (6 ounces) lump crabmeat, drained
1 egg yolk, lightly beaten

Steps:

  • On a greased baking sheet, unroll crescent dough into one long rectangle; seal seams and perforations. In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, onion and dill until blended. Spread mixture lengthwise over half of the dough to within 1/2 in. of edges. Top with crab., Fold dough over filling; pinch seam to seal. Brush the top with egg yolk. Bake at 375° for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into slices.

These appetizers are sooo delicious! Everyone is always asking for this recipe, even those who don't like crab. This recipe was handed down from my mother, and I don't know where she got it from. I guarantee that if you serve these at your next get together, they will be gobbled up.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 (12 ounce) package thomas' English muffins
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
1 (5 ounce) jar Kraft Old English cheese spread
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/4 teaspoon dill weed
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 (7 ounce) can drained crabmeat (or a little less than 1/2 lb imitation crabmeat)

Steps:

  • Soften butter and cheese.
  • Mix with other ingredients.
  • Spread on muffin halves.
  • Place on plate and freeze.
  • When frozen transfer to zip-lock type bag, and keep in freezer.
  • When ready to serve, cut into 4 or 6 triangles from each muffin half, depending on how many people you have.
  • Bake at 350 degrees until lightly brown, about 10 minutes.

1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons sliced green onions
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
2 (8 ounce) cans refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 (9 ounce) jar sweet and sour sauce

Steps:

  • Heat over to 375 degrees.
  • Spray large cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In small bowl, combine crabmeat, cream cheese, onions and garlic salt and mix well.
  • Unroll both cans of dough.
  • Separate into 16 triangles.
  • Cut each triangle in half lengthwise to make 32 triangles.
  • Place 1 teaspoon crab mixture on center of each triangle about 1 inch from short side of triangle.
  • Fold short ends of each triangle over filling.
  • Pinch sides to seal.
  • Roll up.
  • Place on sprayed cookie sheet.
  • In small bowl, combine egg yolk and water and mix well.
  • Brush egg mixture over snacks.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seed.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve warn snacks with sweet-and-sour sauce.

1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1 -2 tablespoon mayonnaise

1/3 cup butter, melted

Steps:

  • Combine the cream cheese, green onions, Swiss cheese, mayo, lemon juice, garlic salt and seasoned salt in a bowl and mix well.
  • Stir in crab meat.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.

3 tablespoons prepared pesto sauce
1/2 cup fresh crabmeat

Steps:

  • Unroll crescent dough; separate into eight triangles. Cut each triangle in half lengthwise, forming two triangles. Spread 1/2 teaspoon pesto over each triangle; place 1 rounded teaspoonful of crab along the wide end of each triangle. Roll up triangles from the wide ends and place point side down 1 inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet.

3/4 cup shredded carrot (about 1 medium)
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
2 green onions, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 can (6 ounces) lump crabmeat, drained
2 tubes (8 ounces each) refrigerated seamless crescent dough sheet

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, mayonnaise and mustard until blended. Stir in cheese, carrot, celery, green onions and garlic. Gently fold in crab., Unroll crescent dough and roll into a 12-1/2x10-in. rectangle. Cut each sheet into twenty 2-1/2-in. squares., Spoon a heaping teaspoonful of cream cheese mixture diagonally over half of each square to within 1/2 in. of edges.
