COWBOY BBQ TATERTOT CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a 9x13" baking dish with cooking spray, and set aside.
• Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion, ground meat, chili powder, hot sauce, and salt. Stir and cook until meat is almost cooked through. Stir in corn and drained beans, and cook a couple more minutes until hot.
• Pour meat mixture into the prepared baking dish. Drizzle BBQ sauce over the meat, and spread shredded cheese over that. Arrange tater tots in an even layer over the top of the cheese.
• Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes until potatoes are golden brown. (I like to bake mine a little longer so the tots get pretty crispy on top.).

TATERTOT CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350.
• Brown onion on stove in a tablespoon of olive oil.
• Add ground beef to onion and mix until meat is cooked, sprinkle with salt and pepper, remove an excess fat from pan.
• Add all ingredients together and put in sprayed 9x12 casserole dish.
• Cover top with tatertots.
• Bake in oven for 40 minutes, until taters are golden brown.

HAMBURGER TATERTOT CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Season ground beef with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder to taste. Press in bottom of 13x9 baking dish.
• Layer tator tots or crispy crowns over beef. You may not need to use the whole package to make a single layer of potato. Sprinkle onion powder over potatoes.
• Spread cream of mushroom over potatoes.
• Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes. Add cheese and bake for 5-10 more minutes.
