- Preheat broiler. Beat cream cheese and mustard in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
- Add corned beef, Swiss cheese and onion; mix well. Spread evenly onto toast slices. Place on baking sheet.
- Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly browned.

CORNED BEEF 'N' CHEESE STRATA
Steps:
- Place bread cubes in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Sprinkle with the corned beef and cheese. Whisk the eggs, milk and pepper; pour over the top. Cover and refrigerate overnight., Preheat oven to 350°. Remove strata from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Cover and bake 40 minutes. Uncover; bake 10 minutes longer or until a thermometer reads 160°. Let stand 5-10 minutes before cutting.

CORNED BEEF BROCCOLI
Steps:
- Sautee garlic into hot oil. Add the onion and broccoli until tender, for about 5 minutes.
- Add the corned beef and the A.1. Steak Sauce. Simmer for another 2 minutes.
- Put salt to taste. Serve hot.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir onion until tender, 5 to 7 minutes.
- Transfer onion to a large mixing bowl.
- Stir corned beef, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Swiss cheese, and garlic powder into onion. Mix until thoroughly combined.
- Slice a piece of bread from the top of the Italian bread and hollow the center of the loaf, creating a long bread bowl. Leave at least 1/2 inch of bread on the sides. Reserve bread chunks from center of loaf for dipping if desired.
- Spoon the corned beef mixture into the bread bowl.
- Wrap the filled bread bowl in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven until the dip is fully cooked and bubbling, 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

- Grease a 10" by 6" baking dish. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- In 2 quart saucepan over high heat,in 1 inch boiling water, heat broccoli and 1/2 tsp salt to boiling.
- Cover and cook 10 minutes;Drain;Set aside.

- Set oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease an 11" x 7" baking pan.
- Place the potatoes in a saucepan; add water to cover, and bring to a boil; cover, reduce the heat, and simmer for around 20 minutes, or until tender; drain well.
- In a bowl, combine the cooked potato, sour cream, milk and salt and pepper; beat at medium speed with an electric mixer for 2 minutes, or until smooth; set aside.
- Heat a skillet (with 2 Tbsp oil) until hot.
- Add in the cabbage, corned beef, caraway seeds; saute for 4 minutes, or until the cabbage wilts; remove from heat, stir in the salad dressing; set aside.
- Spread half of the potato mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish; top with the cabbage/corned beef mixture, and sprinkle with 1-1/2 cups Swiss cheese.
- Spread with the remaining half of the potato mixture over the cheese; top with the remaining 1-1/2 cups Swiss cheese.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake (350 degrees) for 35-40 minutes, or until golden.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
- Mix together the sauerkraut and thousand island salad dressing in a bowl until well combined. Unroll the crescent roll dough, and cut dough in half; place one half of the dough onto a floured work surface, and pinch the perforations of the dough closed to make 1 sheet. Roll the dough sheet out to about 12 inches square, and fit the dough into the prepared baking sheet. Pinch perforations closed on 2nd half of dough; roll out to about 9 inches square, and set aside.
- Prebake the dough crust in the baking dish in the preheated oven until lightly browned, 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven, and place 4 slices of cheese into the bottom of the crust; top cheese slices with the corned beef, and spread with the sauerkraut mixture. Lay 4 remaining slices of Swiss cheese on top of the sauerkraut mixture. Lay the 2nd sheet of crescent roll dough onto the filled baking sheet, and press the top crust down onto the edges of the dish to seal. Brush with beaten egg white.
- Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes; let stand about 5 minutes before slicing.

- Heat oven to 425 degrees. In medium nonstick skillet, heat butter until hot. Add onion; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until tender. Remove from heat; add corned beef, broccoli, cheese and pepper; mix well.
- On ungreased baking sheet, unroll pizza dough; cut into quarters. Flatten each quarter into 6 x 5-inch rectangle; spread each with 2 teaspoons dressing to within 1-inch from edges.
