Number Of Ingredients 13
Steps:
- Preheat 12 inch pan to medium high. Once pan is preheated, add beef. Add dry ingredients while pan heats., then add in 4 tablespoons of water. Use a potato masher to combine ingredients with beef while it cooks. Cook through and remove from stove.
- While beef cooks, layer burritos on a microwave safe plate with paper towels layered between them. Heat 45 to 60 seconds, until soft and warmed through.
- Add a generous layer of beef in the middle, top with cheese, add 3 dollops of sour cream on the side, add guacamole if desired, then top with generous amounts of lettuce and tomato. Be sure to leave enough room on the sides to tuck and roll your soft taco neatly.
- Roll by folding the bottom up, then the top up. Keep these folded and roll and tuck until you have a completely closed burrito.

TACO TIME'S SECRET BEEF SEASONING
I found this recipe on Y! Answers last week and finally tried it tonight. It did not disappoint. I used burrito size tortillas. I thought maybe that Taco Time's mixture is a little wetter, but the taste is spot-on! I used about 1/4 of a large onion and used a chopper. *Update - added some water as it was warming and it definitely helped. I didn't measure, but it was at least 4 T. Just add a little at a time.

TITO'S TACOS MEAT SAUCE (COPYCAT)
Call Culver City's Titos Tacos a dive or an institution, but they have one of the most famous all meat burritos in West Los Angeles. They have been in business for over 50 years with a line that never ends, no matter what time of day you go. Everything is homemade. When I was a kid I used to visit Titos Tacos when vacationing from Florida, and would order extra to freeze and take back to Florida with me. Now you can just make them at home, though not exact, they are pretty darn close. Now if I could only get their Salsa recipe.....

Steps:
- Cut Chuck Roast into 1 inch cubes.
- Use a crockpot.
- Mix dry ingredients together and coat the meat in the crockpot.
- Pour in broth and mix well.
- Cook on high for a minimum of 8 hours or until meat is tender. If sauce is too thin, remove the lid and cook an hour longer so it will thicken.
- This sauce gets better after it sits for a while. I usually make it a day before, it will also thicken more in time.
- If desired, shred beef with a fork.
- Roll into Flour Totilla Burrito Style.
