COOL FRUIT SALAD WITH LIGHT SAUCE
Fresh, cool versatile ... all are ways I'd describe this salad. The dressing is light and not overwhelming. This is a very easy recipe to customize for your own family's likes & dislikes, as well as considering which fruits are in season for you. Strawberries, raspberries and blackberries are all great in this too. Sugar-free pudding works just as well if you prefer.

Steps:
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the chopped apples in 2 tablespoons lemon juice (Note: orange juice could also be used instead of lemon juice).
- Add in the drained pineapple tidbits, mandarin oranges and grapes.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the dry pudding mix with 1/4 cup orange juice and the liquid you had drained from the can of pineapple. Using a wire whisk, mix it until it starts to thicken. If it seems too thick, thin it with a little more orange juice.
- Pour the dressing over the fruit and toss gently to mix well.
- Fold in the blueberries last (and gently).
- Chill until ready to serve. This keeps 3-4 days if it lasts that long!

LIGHT AND LEMONY FRUIT SALAD/DESSERT
DD#2 needed a quick, light "something" to take to a picnic an hour after she got home from work. I remembered reading a salad recipe with a package of pudding added so I opened the cupboard and started draining and dumping. She came home with an empty bowl and requested I make more for home. That's a good sign I think! (Cooking time is for refrigeration)

FLUFFY FRUIT SALAD
I like to bring my mom's fruit salad to potlucks. Its smooth sauce combined with all the colorful fruit makes it different than any other fruit salad I've tried. I've given out the recipe more times than I can remember. - Anne Heinonen, Howell, Michigan

PERFECT SUMMER FRUIT SALAD
The perfect fruit salad for a backyard bbq or any occasion. There are never leftovers! This is one of my favorite fruit salad recipes, as I think the sauce really makes it. This salad is tastier the longer you can let it soak in its juices. I prefer 3 to 4 hours in the refrigerator before I serve it. Enjoy.
