Steps:
- Prepare pudding as it says on package. Coarsely chop your 10 cookies.
- Make two layers of vanilla pudding, chopped Oreo cookies, and whipped cream in 3 tall glasses. Top with remaining chopped cookies.
- Refrigerate or serve immediately.

Cost per serving $1.05. I found this recipe in Woman's Day magazine. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping. I plan to use sugar free pudding, Cool Whip, cookies, and chocolate.

Steps:
- You'll need four 6-oz dessert glasses. Prepare pudding as package directs, using milk. After cooking, scrape into a medium bowl and press plastic wrap directly onto surface of pudding. Refrigerate pudding until cold, at least 1 hour.
- To make parfaits: Put 1/4 cup pudding into each glass. Top each with 2 tablespoon nondairy whipped topping, then crumble 1/2 a cookie onto each. Top with 1/4 cup more pudding and 2 tablespoon topping. Garnish if desired.

COOKIES AND CREAM
Steps:
- Combine milk, cream, cookies, 8 tablespoons sugar, and vanilla bean in a medium saucepan and bring to a simmer. Turn off heat and let rest for 5 minutes. Bloom gelatin in a bowl of cold water. Puree the amaretto cookie mixture. Remove gelatin, combine with all other ingredients. Pass through a chinois. Cool and pour into 4 individual ramekins. Refrigerate until set, about 1 1/2 hours. Combine cherries, Vin Santo, and 1/4 cup sugar in pot. Simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
- To serve, turn each ramekin upside-down over a dessert plate to release panna cotta. Top with a spoonful of marmallata.

- In a saucepan, add the milk and pudding mix, cook on medium heat for a few minutes or until it thickens (make sure to constantly stir to keep it from sticking) then pour the hot mixture over the chocolate chips in a medium bowl and stir everything together well until the chocolate chips fully melt. Cover the mixture with some plastic wrap and pop it in the fridge to cool for a couple of hours.
- When ready to serve, in your serving dishes simply add layer the chocolate mixture, followed by the whipped cream and finish with the crushed cookies, repeat this same layer if you want to make little trifles.
