1 (7 ounce) can clams, chopped, drained, juice reserved
8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon grated onion
salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients plus 4 tablespoons of the reserved clam juice in a bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.
  • Put mixture in a serving bowl and chill.
  • Serve with potato chips, crackers, or small pieces of raw vegetables.

1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons parsley
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
salt, to taste, if desired

Steps:

  • In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with 2 Tbsp clam juice, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce. Stir in clams, garlic, parsley and pepper.
  • Serve immediately or chill.
  • Serve with veggies and/or crackers.

Dash ground red pepper (cayenne)
Splash Worcestershire sauce (about 1/4 teaspoon)
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Pita chips, pretzels, baby carrots and/or cucumber slices

Steps:

I believe that through several generations of my family's honest group clam dip critiques this recipe has reached a level of perfection that no other clam dip around can boast.

1/2 cup sour cream
2 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon dill

1 teaspoon lemon juice
½ cup butter
1 small onion, minced
½ green bell pepper, minced
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 dash hot pepper sauce
1 pinch ground cayenne pepper
½ cup dried bread crumbs, seasoned
½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pinch paprika

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine minced clams and lemon juice in a small saucepan. Bring mixture to a simmer. Simmer for 15 minutes.
