COFFEEMAKER MOCHACCINO FRAPPE
If you are like me you probably don't have espresso or espresso powder on hand. This recipe tastes like "that" coffee chain's blended cold drink, but you can use your coffee maker and save yourself the almost 8 dollars you would spend for the yield of 2 servings in this recipe.

Steps:
- Brew the coffee ingredients using your regular coffee maker.
- When coffee is brewed, stir in the sugar and chocolate syrup.
- Add the milk to the coffee, this will help temper and cool the coffee.
- Add ice to a blender.
- Pour coffee mixture on top of ice, then add the half and half.
- Blend until well combined.
- Serve in a tall glass with additional ice if desired.
- Garnish with whipped cream and a straw if desired.

- Blend milk, ice cubes, sugar, instant coffee granules, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract in a blender until smooth.
- Lightly coat the inside of a glass with chocolate syrup. Pour the coffee mixture into the glass. Top with whipped cream to serve.

STARBUCKS MOCHA FRAPPUCCINO
A friend of mine told me this was the actual recipe used by Starbucks. I do not believe him, but it does taste surprisingly similar. I have quadrupled the recipe as I like to make it in advance and keep it in the fridge to surprise guests. Note: If you make it in advance, do not store it any longer than you would milk.

Steps:
- Make coffee, follow directions for your favorite brand of espresso roast coffee.
- Mix coffee, still hot, and sugar in your mixer until sugar is dissolved.
- Add milk and chocolate syrup and continue mixing, about one minute.
- Pour mix into a sealable container for easy storage.
- Store in fridge until ready to use (Note: Do not store any longer than you would milk).
- To make drink, combine equal parts mix and ice in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
- Pour into glasses.
- Top each glass with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
- Serve.
FRAPPE CAPPUCCINO
This tastes exactly like a mocha flavored Frappe Cappuccino drink you can buy at the big espresso companies. Tip: For the double strength coffee, I usually take a coffee cup, fill it with cold water, and stir in two spoonfulls of instant coffee. I stir it until all of the coffee grounds are dissolved. My favorite type of instant coffee is Tasters Choice.
