Cocoa Loco Peppermint Pleasers Food

PEPPERMINT HOT COCOA

Steps:

• Heat the milk and vanilla in a medium saucepan over medium heat until hot and steaming. Combine the sugar, cocoa powder, chocolate, crushed peppermint and salt in a bowl, then whisk into the milk. Reduce the heat to low and simmer, stirring, until the chocolate and peppermint melts and the cocoa thickens slightly, about 2 minutes. Divide among 4 mugs, top with dollops of whipped cream. Sprinkle with crushed peppermint and serve each with a peppermint stick.

COCOA LOCO PEPPERMINT PLEASERS

Steps:

• * Line a tray with parchment or wax paper. Set aside.
• * Cut Enjoy Life Cocoa Loco Snack Bars in half lengthwise. Set aside.
• * To melt chocolate, place chocolate chips and vegetable oil in amicrowavable container. Heat for 1 minute, and stir. Heat for 30 additional seconds, and stir. Continue process until chips are melted. Be careful not to overheat; chocolate may scorch.
• * Dip 1/2 of the Enjoy Life Cocoa Loco Snack Bar into chocolate. Gently tap dippedbar to remove excess chocolate. Dip into or sprinkle on crushed peppermint candy cane. Set cut side downon tray. Set aside to cool until firm.
