This is also called Boy Scout Pork Chops. When the boys were out camping they would make these chops in a dutch oven. Of course they didn't have an oven. lol. They are so good and tender...Worth trying if you have never had them this way.

8 medium porkchops
1 can(s) coca cola, not diet
1 1/2 c ketchup
brown sugar

Steps:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a large baking pan with non stick spray. Layer pork chops in the bottom of the pan. Pour cola over the top of them and sprinkle with brown sugar, if you like. Bake for one hour. Do not cover. Pork chops should be very tender. Delicious and easy. I like to drizzle a little mustard on top of mine and then the brown sugar

6 -8 pork chops, trimmed of fat
1 (12 ounce) can Coca-Cola
1 cup ketchup
4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
pepper

Steps:

In a mixing bowl, combine Coca-Cola, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Dip each pork chop in mixture, coating both sides. Lay in a single layer on a baking pan. Pour Coca mixture over each chop. Cover pan with foil and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
Serve with rice.

Steps:

Brown both sides of chops in oil in skillet with onion.
Mix ketchup and coke together and pour over chops.
Cook on low about 35 minutes until tender.

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 pork chops (each about Â 1/2 inch thick)
1 cup Coca-Cola
1 cup ketchup

Steps:

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the pork chops and cook, flipping once, until browned on both sides, 5-6 minutes.
Stir together the ketchup and Coke in a small bowl and pour the sauce over the pork chops, turning the chops to coat.
Bring the sauce just to a simmer then decrease heat to low and allow to cook until the pork chops are no longer pink in the center and the sauce has thickened, about 15 minutes.
Serve the pork chops hot with the sauce spooned over them.

Place pork chops into a baking pan and pour cola mixture over, coating well. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
