Clean Your Plate Casserole Ground Beef Food
DIXIE'S CLEAN YOUR PLATE CASSEROLE
Steps:
- Cook noodles according to package. Brown ground beef and drain. Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and seasonings.
- In a medium bowl, mix sour cream, onions, and cream cheese and add to meat mixture. Combine with noodles in 9 x 13 casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.

I have been making this recipe since 1997. It is always a big hit with the family. I serve it with salad & garlic bread. Can be made in the morning & refrigerated. Also reheats well in the microwave. Recipe by: Mops (Mothers of Preschoolers) Cookbook. Posted to TNT Recipes on Nov, 4, 1997. Prodigys Recipe Exchange Newsletter by Mrs. Lynn P Thomas 1998. Steps:
- Cook noodles according to package directions.
- Brown ground beef. Drain beef and add the next 7 ingredients.
- In a medium size bowl, mix sour cream, onions, and cream cheese.
- Mix beef mixture with sour cream mixture.
- Combine with noodles in a 9 X 13 inch casserole dish. Cover with cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
- Notes:I used 12 oz. noodles, eliminated meat seasoning, 3 cloves of garlic to the meat while cooking instead of powder.
