There is a flag on the procs which determines whether or not they can be triggered on normal attacks while global cooldown is active, and about 1/3rd of them are set to be GCD locked. The VW is gimp in classic compared to PServers. It can't hold aggro any better than Succy. People say 'you can get 2 or 3 dots on before you pull aggro off VW? That is the same for succubus. Someone said "her damage is a weak dot at best" -that person has never used the Succy levelling, she is regularly 30-40% of your DPS. From bing.com
