Cinnamon Vanilla Honey Butter image

The BEST and easiest Honey Butter! A mixture of sweet honey and creamy butter with a touch of cinnamon and a splash of vanilla extract.

12 tablespoons unsalted butter (at room temperature)
¼ cup honey (or more, to taste)
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon (or more, to taste)
⅛ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat all ingredients for a couple minutes until smooth and combined. Serve immediately or refrigerate. Drizzle additional honey over the butter as a garnish, if desired.

1 pound butter
1/4 cups honey
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Cut the butter into chunks using the dough scraper.
  • Place butter into the mixer?s work bowl and beat at low speed, using the whisk attachment to loosen the butter. Increase the speed to medium and add the honey, cinnamon, and vanilla extract and beat until well combined, about 5 to 7 minutes. Remove butter from bowl and spoon onto parchment paper or plastic wrap. Roll into a log and refrigerate for 2 hours.
