These delicious cinnamon muffins make a wonderful breakfast or great anytime snack.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 400°F. Place paper baking cup in each of 12 regular-size muffin cups.
- In medium bowl, stir muffin mix, milk, oil and eggs just until blended (batter may be lumpy). Divide batter evenly among muffin cups.
- Coarsely crush cereal. In small bowl, mix streusel from packet and cereal. Sprinkle mixture over batter in each cup; press lightly.
- Bake 16 to 21 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Spray cavities with vegetable spray or line with baking cups.
- In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
- In small bowl, whisk milk, egg and melted butter until well blended.
- Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients, mixing only until moistened. Do not overmix. Divide batter into muffin cups.
- For topping, combine flour, sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over muffins.
- Bake 16-18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Makes 6 muffins.
