- In a heavy saucepan, cook and stir candies and water until candies are melted. In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. stir in candy mixture and cinnamon. stir in cold water. Cover and refrigerate until partially set. Fold in apple and pecans. Pour into a 1-1/2-qt. serving bowl. Refrigerate until set.

- In a small serving bowl, mix together the gelatin and boiling water until gelatin is completely dissolved. Stir in cinnamon candies until melted, then mix in the applesauce. Chill until set, about 3 hours.

- Bring water to a boil in saucepan.
- Add red hots to water and stir until candies are dissolved.
- Remove water from heat.
- Add both packages of jello and stir until completely dissolved.
- Add strained applesauce and mix well.
- transfer mixture to bowl, 9 x 13 baking dish, or jello mold.
- Refrigerate until jello is well set (4 hours).

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease an 8 inch square pan.
- Cut cold butter into 1/4 inch cubes. Toss cubes with baking mix until coated. Beat 1/2 cup milk and egg together; stir into butter mixture.
- Turn dough onto cloth covered board generously dusted with baking mix; roll to coat. Fold and knead 10 times. Roll into a 15 x 8 inch rectangle. Spread with softened butter or margarine. Mix sugar and cinnamon, and sprinkle over dough. Roll up tightly, beginning at 15 inch side. Pinch edge into roll. Cut into 12 slices with a sharp knife. Place cut sides down in prepared pan.
- Bake until golden, about 15 minutes. Remove from oven, and cool for 15 minutes.
- Mix confectioners sugar and 1 tablespoon milk until smooth. Drizzle over cinnamon buns. Serve.

- Place a steamer rack in the bottom of a medium saucepan.
- Add enough water to come almost up to the bottom of the rack.
- Place saucepan over medium heat. When water boils, add carrots, cover saucepan, and cook 5 minutes or until carrots are tender crisp. Drain.
- Place carrots in a medium bowl.
- While carrots are cooking, combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
- Mix well. Spoon over hot carrots, tossing until carrots are well coated.
- Chill several hours or overnight to blend flavors.
- Mix before serving.
- Cook time does not include chilling time.

- In a medium bowl, add boiling water to the cherry gelatin and stir to dissolve. Carefully add the cinnamon candies. Let them sit for a minute, then stir to dissolve the candies into the gelatin mixture. Once they are fully dissolved, add the cold water. CINNAMON'S CURRY CHICKEN SALAD

- In medium saucepan, bring 3 cups of water to a boil, reduce heat and add chicken. Add fresh garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Let simmer for 10 to 12 minutes or until fork tender - be careful not to overcook. Remove chicken from saucepan and allow for chicken to rest on a wire rack.
- Once the chicken is cooled, dice into small pieces.
- In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, curry powder, chopped celery and mango chutney. Add the diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, to taste, and stir until ingredients have mixed completely. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Cut a medium to large sized Hawaiian papaya lengthwise and remove all seeds. Let chill.
- Prepare a plate with a layer of greens. Place the chilled half papaya in the center of the plate, surrounded by the greens. Using an ice cream scoop, place a generous scoop of chilled curried chicken salad into the center of the papaya, and sprinkle with paprika, for garnish.
