- Unroll the tube of cinnamon rolls into one long rectangle. Press onto the bottom of a greased 13x9-in. baking dish; seal perforations. Set aside icing packet from cinnamon rolls., In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Pour over crust. In a small bowl, combine the pecans, flour, oats, brown sugar and cinnamon; stir in butter. Sprinkle over cream cheese layer., Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Drizzle with contents of icing packet; let stand for 15 minutes before serving. If desired, serve with a dollop of whipped cream sprinkled with additional cinnamon.

- Preheat oven to 350ºF (175°C).
- Cake: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and whisk until mostly incorporated but a few dry streaks remain. Whisk in melted butter.
- Cinnamon topping: Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl.
- Pour half of the cake batter into a greased 9x13-inch (22 x 33 cm) baking dish. Drop spoonfuls of cinnamon topping on the batter, using half of the topping. Use the tip of a butter knife to swirl the topping through the cake. Pour the rest of the batter on top. Spoon the rest of the topping on and swirl again.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean (or with only a few crumbs attached). Remove from oven and let cool.
- Frosting: Whisk together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk. If frosting is too thick, add more milk until it becomes a pourable texture. Drizzle cake with frosting. Slice and serve!

- In a large bowl, cream butter and 2 cups sugar until light fluffy. Add 1 egg at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda and salt; add alternately with sour cream, beating just enough after each addition to keep batter smooth. , Spoon a third of batter into a greased 10-in. tube pan. Combine cinnamon, nuts and remaining sugar; sprinkle a third over batter in pan. Repeat layers 2 more times. CINNAMON ROLL COFFEE CAKE
The flavor of a cinnamon roll and the ease of a coffee cake! A friend emailed me this recipe, which she got from a message board. This is quick to put together, super moist and simply delicious. It is different than many coffee cakes out there and I hope you enjoy it as much as we do! The original baking time I was given was 50-60 minutes. Mine was done in 40 minutes, so I changed the baking time on it. If yours takes longer than what I have stated, I guess it was just my oven. :)

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°; coat a 9" pan with nonstick spray.
- Stir together brown sugar, cream, and pinch of salt for the caramel. Pour into prepared pan and spread to coat the bottom. Sprinkle pecans over the caramel.
- Process brown sugar, flour, butter, cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoons salt for the streusel in a food processor. Pulse until small clumps form; set aside. If you don't have a food processor, do it by hand.
- Whisk buttermilk, yogurt, and eggs together.
- Sift flour, baking powder, soda, and 1/2 teaspoons salt together.
- Cream butter and sugar with a mixer just until combined.
- Alternately add dry and wet ingredients, starting and ending with the dry. Blend each addition just until incorporated.
- Spread half the batter over the caramel, then sprinkle with half the streusel. Carefully spread remaining batter over that and top with remaining streusel.
- Bake 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool cake for 5 minutes on a rack, then run a paring knife around the sides to loosen. Invert onto a serving platter while hot, then let cool slightly before slicing.
- The top is a little sticky, so use a sharp thin bladed knife to cut.

- In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Add the milk, butter, eggs, sugar, salt and 3 cups flour; beat until smooth. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough. , Turn onto a lightly floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 6-8 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top. - Preheat oven to 350º F and lightly grease a pie plate or springform pan with butter or non-stick spray. Remove cinnamon rolls from packaging and place them in greased pie plate. Use your fingers or the bottom of a measuring cup to flatten rolls into an even layer, forming a crust that goes partially up the sides of pie plate. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Set aside. In a large bowl or mixer, cream together butter and sugar for 3-4 minutes, or until fluffy and lightened in color. Beat in egg and vanilla extract.
