Categories     Potatoes Au Gratin

Time 1h25m

Yield 4

Number Of Ingredients 10

8 red potatoes
1 ½ cups cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
¼ teaspoon dry mustard
¼ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon pepper
1 ½ cups grated Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Place the potatoes into a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer until tender, about 20 minutes.
