TUNA STEAKS WITH HONEY MUSTARD MARINADE

- Combine all of the ingredients except the tuna in a large shallow bowl and mix well. Add the tuna and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill.
- Grill the tuna for 3 to 4 minutes, turn, and grill 4 to 5 minutes longer. Be careful not to overcook the tuna; it can be slightly pink in the center.

Steps:
- 1. In a bowl whisk together the lime juice, olive oil and garlic. Lay the tuna steak out on a plate and season with salt and pepper. Place half of the glaze mix over the tuna and let marinate for 30 minutes in the fridge.
- 2. whisk the honey into the remaining glaze. On a cast iron grill pan or outside grill get it hot place the tuna steak on the grill. Brush with the honey mixture. Sear 3 minutes turn and brush again with the honey mixture. turn in 3 minutes brush with honey mixture. keep turning and brushing until desired doneness.
