Cilantro Aperol Cosmo Food

VIRGIN HIBISCUS COSMO

Steps:

• SYRUP: Heat sugar and water in a large saucepan until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add flowers and bring to the boil. Lower heat and simmer gently until the volume of liquid is reduced by a third. Remove from heat and strain. Chill until cold before proceeding.
• COSMO: Fill shaker with ice and muddle it with the fresh lime. Vigorously shake syrup, orange juice, cranberry juice and lime together until ice cold. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Drop one or two frozen cranberries in for garnish and service, or float a hibiscus petal on top.

COSMO

Steps:

• In a shaker with ice, combine the vodka, tropical punch, triple sec and lime juice and shake until chilled. Pour into a martini glass and garnish with a lime wedge.

SMIRNOFF WHITE GRAPE COSMO

Steps:

• Combine in a cocktail shaker with ice
• Shake, strain and serve in a martini glass
• Add a squeeze of lemon wedge

PEACH COSMO

Steps:

• Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add the vodka, peach schnapps and cranberry juice cocktail. Shake well, then strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with lime, if desired.

CHAMPAGNE COSMO

Steps:

• Shake vodka, Grand Marnier, cranberry juice and lime juice over ice. Strain into a chilled Champagne flute. Top with Champagne. Garnish with an orange slice.
