MARSHMALLOW CHRISTMAS WREATHS

Steps:

• Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
• Add the marshmallows to the melted butter and stir constantly with a wooden spoon until the mixture is smooth.
• Add the green food coloring and the vanilla extract, stirring to combine.
• Add the cornflakes and stir the mixture constantly until the cornflakes are evenly coated.
• Place a large piece of parchment paper on the counter and spray it lightly with cooking spray.
• Remove the saucepan from the stove and quickly form the cornflake mixture into wreaths by making a small hole in each mound of the cornflake mixture.
• While the cornflakes are still warm, place the red-hot candies atop the wreaths for garnish.

CHRISTMAS MARSHMALLOW TREATS

Steps:

• Start melting your butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly until it is a golden brown color and smells "nutty". Approximately 5 minutes.
• Stir in the marshmallows until completely melted over low heat.
• Add Vanilla and Salt (the butter and marshmallows may pop when you add the vanilla, so use caution).
• Remove from heat.
• Add food colouring (skip this step if you would like "normal" colored marshmallow treats).
• Stir in rice cereal.
• Pour into a 9x13 glass pan and spread evenly
• Sprinkle flaked sea salt on top.
• Wait for marshmallow treats to cool.
• Cut and serve.

CARAMEL MARSHMALLOW TREATS

Steps:

• Line two baking sheets with waxed paper; set aside. In a large saucepan, cook and stir the milk, caramels and butter over low heat until melted and smooth. Remove from the heat; stir in the cinnamon and vanilla., Place Rice Krispies in a shallow bowl. With a toothpick, dip each marshmallow into warm caramel mixture; turn to coat. Press bottoms into Rice Krispies; place treats on prepared pans. Let stand until set.

MARSHMALLOW TREATS

Steps:

• Melt butter in large sauce pan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until melted and well-blended. Cook 2 minutes longer, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
• Add cereal. Stir until well coated.
• Using buttered spatula or waxed paper, press mixture evenly and firmly in buttered 13 x 9 inch pan. Cut into 2 x 2 inch squares when cool.

CHRISTMAS HOLLY TREATS

Steps:

• Melt butter in a 3 quart saucepan on Low.
• Add the marshmallows and melt completely - keep stirring.
• Add the green food coloring - keep stirring.
• Lower heat to Warm.
• Add corn flakes and mix until they are all green.
• Drop by teaspoons onto waxed paper to create the "holly".
• While each holly is still warm, add 3 Red-Hots as the berries (see Hint 1 at top if berries don't stick).
• Repeat until all the holly is on the waxed paper.
• Let cool and remove from waxed paper. Put on a party plate and enjoy!
