- In a large bowl, cream the butter, peanut butter and sugars until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Beat in egg and vanilla. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Cover dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until easy to handle., Using a cookie press fitted with a star disk, press dough into long strips, 2 in. apart, onto ungreased baking sheets. Cut each strip into 2-in. pieces (do not separate pieces). , Bake at 350° for 7-9 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to wire racks to cool. , In a microwave, melt candy bars; stir until smooth. Dip 1 end of each cookie into chocolate; allow excess to drip off. Coat with peanuts. Place on waxed paper; let stand until set.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Beat the butter and sugar with an electric mixer in a large bowl until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Add the vanilla and almond extracts and the egg and mix to incorporate; don't worry if the mixture seems to separate.
- Sift together the flour and baking powder and add to the creamed butter. Mix until combined. Using a cookie press, press the cookies onto ungreased baking sheets. Top with sprinkles of your choice. Bake until firm but not yet browning, 6 to 8 minutes. After a few minutes, move cookies to a rack and cool.

- In a large bowl, cream the shortening, butter, peanut butter, 1 cup sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 4 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. , Roll into 1-1/2-in. balls; roll in remaining sugar. Place 2 in. apart on ungreased baking sheets. Using the end of a wooden spoon handle, make an indentation in the center of each ball. , In a small bowl, beat peanut butter and cream cheese until smooth. Beat in the sugar, egg yolk and vanilla.
