- Dip the rim of a martini glass in marshmallow topping then crushed peppermint candies. Drizzle some marshmallow topping on inside of glass; place glass in freezer.

- Crush the candy cane with a kitchen mallet or rolling pin and place in a small bowl that is wide enough for the rim of your martini glasses to dip into. Melt your chocolate in the microwave in a small bowl, heating for 30 seconds, then stirring, then reheating as needed in 30 second increments. Delicately swirl your martini glass edge through the melted chocolate. Immediately run the martini glass rim through the crushed peppermint to allow it to stick to the rim of the glass. Set aside for the chocolate to dry as you prepare your cocktails.
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add your chocolate liquor, cream, peppermint vodka, cocoa powder and chocolate syrup. Shake well and then taste to adjust the flavoring, as needed.
- Pour the cocktail into your decorated martini glass.
- If you'd like a little swirl on top, carefully pour some cream in a swirl shape overtop of the martini and then drag a toothpick or skewer through the design to make it even more decorative.

- In a pitcher, combine cream, vodka and liqueur. Refrigerate until serving., In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Gradually beat in cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in 3 tablespoons crushed candies; pour remaining candies onto a small plate. Refrigerate whipped cream mixture until serving., In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chips and shortening; stir until smooth. Spread onto a small plate. - Mix cold liquor together and shake with ice.
- Strain into a martini glass.
- Drop 2 Junior Mints into bottom of glass.
PEPPERMINT WHITE CHOCOLATE MARTINI

- Break your chocolate up into pieces.
- In a large saucepan or pot combine chocolate pieces, sugar and cream, over medium heat stir mixture until chocolate is just about melted. Pull from the heat and whish until smooth like hot chocolate would be. do NOT allow mixture to even come close to boiling. All you want is enough heat to melt the sugar and chocolate.
- Add in water and vanilla and stir until combined. Taste and adjust to your preference for strength and sweetness.
- Allow it to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, add in your vodka and Peppermint Schnapps, stir well and then using a funnel or a ladle pour it into whatever you choose to store it in (mason jars, decorative bottles, old alcohol bottles, etc.).
- Place it in your fridge or freezer for up to a month...but I don't think it will last that long! See notes.

- Drizzle a puddle of the chocolate syrup on a small-ish plate (dessert plate size is fine). Spread the crushed candy canes/peppermints in an even layer on another small-ish plate. Set both aside for while you mix the drink.
- Shake all of the liquor and the heavy cream in shaker with ice. Stick the shaker in the fridge while you garnish the glasses.
- Turn a martini glass upside and dip the rim into the chocolate syrup, all the way around. You'll want a good coating for the crushed candies to stick to. Move the upside down glass to the second plate and set it down in the crushed candies. Ease the candies onto the chocolate on the inner and outer rim of the glass, pressing lightly as you go to help them stick. Repeat with the remaining glasses. (Note: It will help to keep the finished glasses in the fridge on a platter so the chocolate stays cold to help prevent the candies from running down the glass.)
- Once all of the glasses are garnished, drizzle a swirl of chocolate syrup into each of the glasses starting from the bottom and working your way out to the edge of the glass. A trick to help do this neatly is to hold the syrup bottle in one place and slowly spin the stem of the glass in your fingers as you squeeze the syrup into the swirly pattern in the glass.
