1 cup butter, softened
¾ cup white sugar
¾ cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs, divided
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ cup dark cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Beat butter, white sugar, and brown sugar together with an electric mixer in a large bowl until smooth and creamy. Beat 1 egg into butter mixture; beat remaining egg and vanilla extract into butter mixture.
Stir flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl; add to creamed butter mixture and beat until the dry ingredients are integrated into a dough.
Fold walnuts, white chocolate chips, and semisweet chocolate chips into the dough.
Drop dough by teaspoonful onto baking sheets.
Bake in preheated oven until browning along the edges, 9 to 12 minutes.

1 1/4 cups butter or 1 1/4 cups margarine, softened
2 cups sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups peanut butter chips (12 oz. pkg.) or 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (12 oz. pkg.)

Steps:

Heat oven to 350°.
In large mixer bowl; cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; gradually blend into creamed mixture. Stir in peanut butter or chocolate chips.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-9 minutes. (Do not overbake; cookies will be soft. They will puff while baking and flatten while cooling.).
Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet onto wire rack. Cool completely.

Ingredients

200g softened butter
300g soft brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
300g self raising flour
80g cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
300g choc chips

Steps:

preheat oven to 180 c/ gas 4
cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then beat in vanilla extract and eggs
in a separate bowl sift flour, cocoa and baking powder together
add flour mix to the creamed mix in stages( a third at a time) mix well. fold in choc chips until just combined.
spoon a tablespoon of the mixture on to a baking tray and just let it drop off the spoon, repeat until you have used up all the cookie mixture.
bake in preheated oven for 12 minutes, when you remove the cookies from the oven they will still be soft, leave to cool completely on the baking tray, where they will continue to cook slightly,when completely cold move to a cooling rack. then enjoy Mmmmmmmm.
