CHOCOLATE COVERED RAISIN AND OATMEAL COOKIES

Chocolate Covered Raisin and Oatmeal Cookies image

I love cookies and having 2 little ones in the house, they make a great sweet treat for them. I came up with these when I was out of raisins but had some chocolate covered ones. I just improvised and they came out soooooooo awesome. Sometimes I will add peanut butter to them too. They are chewy and just killer!!!! Of course, I have refined the recipe some and use chocolate chips now, but whatever.

The outside is crunchy, but the center will be moist and chewy. This recipe has two methods of directions so it's not a hard recipe to put together. Your choice.
