Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- To make the pudding, beat the sugar, butter and vanilla in a bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs and beat until combined.
- Add the flour, baking powder and milk and beat until combined.
- Spoon the mixture into a square oven proof dish and place on a baking tray.
- To make the sauce, whisk together the water, brown sugar, molasses, maple syrup and flour until combined.
- Spoon the sauce over the pudding batter and bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown and set.

- In a medium saucepan, heat sugar over medium-high until melted and brown at edges, 3 minutes. With a heat-resistant spatula, pull melted sugar toward center until all sugar is melted and caramel is deep amber in color, 3 minutes more.
- Immediately whisk in butter, salt, and vanilla extract (take care as mixture is extremely hot and will bubble).
- Whisk in cream.
- Pour into a heatproof container and let cool. (To store, refrigerate, up to 3 weeks.)

- To make the sauce put sugar, butter and water in pan and bring to boil.
- Put aside.
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add egg and vanilla essence and beat well.
- Sift in dry ingrediants and add sultanas.
- If dry may need a little milk.
- Put the hot sauce into pudding dish, spoon cake mixture on top.
- Bake at 350 deg F for approx 45 mins.

- Add banana, milk, butter, egg, vanilla extract.

- PREPARE PUDDINGPreheat oven to 170°C (340°F) fan bake. Grease a 25cm / 10in round (or 20cm x 25cm / 8in x 10in rectangular) ovenproof dish with a little butter.
- Sift flour, cocoa and baking powder into a large bowl. Stir in sugar. Place butter in a medium-sized heatproof jug and microwave in short bursts (stirring in between) until just melted. Add milk and egg and whisk with a fork to combine. Gently stir butter mixture and chocolate into dry ingredients until well combined.
- Spoon batter into prepared dish. Place caramel in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Set aside approximately one third of the caramel to serve with the cooked pudding. Make holes in the batter and fill with remaining caramel. Gently smooth batter over the top.
- MAKE SAUCE Combine boiling water, sugar and cocoa powder in a jug. Slowly pour sauce over the back of a large metal spoon on top of the batter.
