CHILI LIME ROASTED ALMONDS
These Thai Chili Lime Almonds are a healthy, delicious copycat of the famous Trader Joe's snack. Simple to make, low carb and so yummy!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place all the ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well.
- Place parchment paper on a baking tray.
- Place almond mixture on parchment paper in an even layer.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool on baking tray before removing.
- Serve immediately. Store in airtight container for up to 7 days (if it lasts that long!)

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place nuts into a medium bowl. Mix butter and chili-lime seasoning together in a small bowl; pour over nuts and toss until evenly coated. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and spread out into a single layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven until nuts are lightly browned, 18 to 20 minutes, stirring every 6 to 7 minutes. Remove from the oven and place nuts on a paper towel-lined plate. Let cool completely before serving or storing.

CHILI-LIME ALMONDS
My husband is a chemist for a dried fruit and nut company, so I always end up with an abundance of nuts that were submitted to be sampled, but we get the huge amounts of what wasn't needed. I have been cooking nuts every single way, but this was really pretty good!

- Add almonds, and stir.
- Take off the heat and let sit until cool (about 15 minutes).
