This is my family's favorite recipe. My mom gave it to me and it's terrific!

2 cups cooked, cubed chicken breast meat
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (14.5 ounce) can green beans, drained
salt and pepper to taste
1 (12 ounce) package unseasoned dry bread stuffing mix
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl combine the chicken, soup, beans, salt and pepper; mix well and set aside. Prepare stuffing according to package directions.
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Spoon chicken mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish, top with prepared stuffing and sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake, covered, for 25 minutes; remove cover and bake another 5 minutes to brown the cheese.

1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup milk
1 (6 ounce) package chicken flavor stuffing mix
1/4 cup butter
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 " wide strips
2 (15 ounce) cans green beans or 2 cups frozen green beans, thawed

Steps:

  • In small bowl, mix soup and milk until well blended. Set aside.
  • In another small bowl, mix stuffing crumbs and melted butter. Set aside.
  • In a 11x7 inch glass baking dish layer chicken then green beans then soup mixture then stuffing mixture.
  • Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center & mixture is hot & bubbly.

1 tablespoon olive oil
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 (14.5 ounce) cans French-style green beans, drained
1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
¾ cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon garlic powder
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Quickly brown the chicken breast halves on both sides. Do not cook through. Remove from heat, and set aside.
  • Pour the green beans into a 2 quart casserole dish. Place the chicken on top of the beans. In a small bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup and mayonnaise. Spread over the top of the chicken and beans. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.
  • Bake for 35 to 40 minutes in the preheated oven, until the chicken is no longer pink, and the cheese is browned.

1 cup seasoned stuffing mix (favorites are Pepperidge Farms herb or cornbread)
2 cups cooked chicken (I do mine in a slow cooker)
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can French style green beans (drained)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 -2 cup seasoned stuffing mix
1/2 cup margarine (optionl)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine ingredients and put in greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Cover with more stuffing mix and margarine, if desired.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.

2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans cut green beans (drained and rinsed)
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup (I used healthy request)
5 ounces milk (1/2 cream of chicken can)
1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)
garlic powder (to taste)
onion powder (to taste)
1 (6 ounce) box herb stuffing mix
2 tablespoons butter (melted)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a medium bowl, combine green beans, cream of chicken soup, milk, cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, garlic power, and onion powder to taste.
  • In a three quart baking dish, or an 8 x 8 baking dish, sprinkle 1/3 of stuffing mix.
  • Top with half of green bean mix.
  • Layer with 1/3 of stuffing mix.
  • Top with remaining green bean mix.
  • Combine melted butter and remaining stuffing mix; layer top of the casserole.
  • Bake casserole for 30 minutes; you may have to adjust baking time for an 8 x 8 pan.

1 cup mayonnaise

Steps:

  • Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Bring the wild rice and water to a boil in a saucepan over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer until the rice is tender but not mushy, 20 to 25 minutes. Drain off any excess liquid, fluff the rice with a fork, and cook uncovered 5 minutes more.
