Creamy and cheesy chicken dip with addition of ham. This cheesy dip is made easily in a crock pot.

16 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 cup shredded sharp white cheddar
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
2 chicken breasts (cooked (boneless, skinless))
5 oz ham
3 garlic cloves (pressed or minced)
2 Tbsp green onions (minced)
salt
fresh cracked black pepper

Steps:

  • Chop chicken and ham into small cubes.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture into the crock pot and spread it evenly. Cover with a lid.
  • Cook on low for about two hours. (Keep an eye on it, you may have to mix it a couple of times.)
  • If you wish, you can add extra shredded cheese on top.

4 slices deli ham (thin slices)
2 slices swiss cheese, halved
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope chicken coating mix

Steps:

  • Flatten chicken to 1/4-in. thickness.
  • Place ham and cheese down the center of each; roll up and secure with a toothpick.
  • Place butter and coating mix in separate shallow bowls.
  • Dip chicken in butter, then roll in coating mix.
  • Place in a greased 2-qt. microwave-safe dish. Cover loosely and microwave on high for 5-7 minutes.
  • Turn chicken over; cook 5-6 minutes longer or until juices run clear.
  • Let stand for 5 minutes. Discard toothpicks.

4 boneless chicken breasts
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
8 slices deli ham (thin slices)
16 slices swiss cheese
1 teaspoon thyme
3/4 cup flour
1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
3 eggs
2 teaspoons water
1 teaspoon olive oil

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease pan. Lay chicken between two pieces of plastic wrap. Using the flat side of a meat mallet gently pound the chicken to one quarter inch thickness (take care not to pound too hard because the meat may tear or create holes).
  • Lay two slices of cheese on each breast followed by two slices of ham and two more slices of cheese, leaving a half inch margin on all sides to help seal the roll. Tuck in the sides of the breasts and roll up tight like a jelly roll. Squeeze the log gently to seal. Also, you can insert toothpicks to hold together.
  • Season the flour with salt and pepper. Spread out on the wax paper or in a flat dish. Mix the bread crumbs with thyme, salt, pepper and olive oil. The oil will help the crust brown. Beat together the eggs and the water, the mixture should be semi-thin. Lightly dust the chicken with the flour, then dip in the egg mixture, and then gently coat in the bread crumbs.
  • Carefully transfer the rolls to a baking pan and bake for twenty minutes until browned and cooked through. Cut into pinwheels before serving.

1 teaspoon thyme
4 slices deli ham
4 slices provolone cheese
8 slices bacon
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
4 slices swiss cheese

Steps:

  • In-between 2 pieces of plastic wrap pound out chicken breasts.
  • Sprinkle with tyme.
  • Top with a slice of ham and a slice of cheese.
  • Roll up tightly.
  • Wrap each breast with 2 slices of bacon and secure with toothpics.
  • In a small bowl,beat eggs and milk; set aside.
  • Place flour in separate bowl.
  • Combine bread crumbs and garlic powder in another bowl.
  • Dip each chicken breast in egg mixture,then flour,egg mixture again and then bread crumbs.
  • Place on greased baking sheet.
  • Bake at 350degrees for 40-50minutes or until juices run clear.

6 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
12 slices swiss cheese
6 slices ham
2 cups Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
1/2 cup flour
4 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
cooking oil (for frying)

Steps:

  • Combine eggs and milk in a small bowl.
  • Combine flour and breadcrumbs in a larger bowl.
  • Pound the chicken breasts to approximately 1/4 inch between waxed paper.
  • Place 1 slice swiss cheese on chicken breast, followed by 1 slice ham, then another slice of cheese.
  • Tuck in sides of chicken and roll chicken in a tight roll. Secure with toothpicks.
  • Dip chicken into egg mixture, place into breadcrumb mixture and coat thoroughly.
  • Repeat for all chicken breasts, then place in refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes (can be refrigerated overnight).
  • Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
  • Heat oil in frying pan and saute until golden brown.
  • Place the chicken on a baking sheet, cover with foil and bake for 35 - 40 minutes.
