4 skinless, boneless chicken strips
1 (10.5 ounce) can chicken gravy
1 (10.5 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup sage and onion stuffing mix (such as Pepperidge Farm®)
½ cup minced onion
2 teaspoons minced garlic
¼ teaspoon celery seed
1 pinch ground black pepper to taste
1 (32 ounce) package frozen bite-size potato nuggets (such as Tater Tots®)
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Spray lightly with cooking spray. Add chicken strips; cook until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 4 minutes per side. Cut into cubes.
  • Transfer chicken to a large bowl. Add chicken gravy, cream of chicken soup, evaporated milk, stuffing mix, onion, garlic, celery seed, and black pepper; mix until combined.
  • Spread frozen potato nuggets in the bottom of the prepared pan. Pour chicken mixture evenly on top. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and Cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake casserole in the preheated oven until golden and bubbly, about 45 minutes.

  • In a large saucepan, combine the soup, milk and butter. Cook and stir over medium heat until heated through. 4 cooked chicken breasts (diced)
1 1/2 cups frozen peas
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 package ((1 kg) Tater Tots)
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
5 scallions ((green onions), sliced)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Mix together the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and salt. Stir in the cubed chicken and peas until they are all coated in the cream mixture. Spread it in the bottom of a 13x9 casserole dish.
  • Take the Tater Tots out of the freezer. Lay them, lengthwise and in straight lines (rows), evenly on the chicken and pea mixture. One bag (1kg or 2 pounds) of Tater Tots should be more than enough to cover the casserole dish.
  • Top with grated cheese.
  • Bake in the 350F oven for 30-45 minutes. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with sliced scallions before serving.

6 slices bacon
½ cup milk
½ cup heavy whipping cream
Ranch seasoning packet

1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup water
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1 lb frozen tater tots

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, brown the ground chicken and the onion until the chicken is no longer pink.
  • Stir in pepper, water and mushroom soup and heat till bubbling.
  • Add frozen vegetables and stir cook until the vegetables are warm.

40 Ritz crackers
3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
1 cup diced yellow onion
8.25 oz canned mixed vegetables, drained
21 oz condensed cream of chicken soup (2 cans)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
24 oz frozen tater tots

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • Break the Ritz crackers apart with your hands and sprinkle them into the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
  • Dump the shredded chicken, diced onion, mixed veggies, cram of chicken soup, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder into a large mixing bowl.
  • Stir until all of the ingredients are fully combined.
  • Spoon the chicken mixture on top of the Ritz crackers in the baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Place the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the chicken mixture.
  • Place the casserole in the oven and bake until the tater tots are golden brown. 40-45 minutes.

3/4 cup milk

Steps:

  • Place half of tater tots in the bottom of a greased slow cooker. Sprinkle 1/3 bacon bits and 1/3 cheese over.
  • Place chicken breasts on top. Sprinkle minced onion, garlic, another 1/3 bacon bits, and another 1/3 cheese over chicken.
  • Top with remaining frozen tater tots, bacon bits, and cheese. Pour milk evenly over top.
  • Cover and cook on high 3-4 hours or until chicken is done and cheese is melted. Serve warm with optional toppings.

1 cup sour cream
8 ounces medium cheddar cheese, grated

1 1/2 cups frozen vegetables of your choice, optional
