2 tablespoons unsalted butter
3/4 pound sweet or hot Italian sausage, cut into chunks
3/4 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 small onion, chopped
2 Italian green frying peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
3 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
1/2 cup dry white wine
3/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup roughly chopped fresh parsley
2 jarred pickled cherry peppers, chopped, plus 2 tablespoons liquid from the jar

Steps:

  • Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the sausage until golden, about 2 minutes. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then toss with the flour in a bowl; add to the skillet and cook until browned but not cooked through, about 3 minutes.
  • Add the onion, peppers, garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and pepper to taste and cook 3 minutes. Add the wine, scraping up any browned bits; bring to a boil and cook until slightly reduced, about 1 minute. Add the broth and bring to a gentle simmer. Cover and cook until the sausage and chicken are cooked through, about 5 minutes.
  • Transfer the chicken, sausage and vegetables to a platter with a slotted spoon. Increase the heat to high and stir the parsley and cherry peppers and their liquid into the skillet; boil until reduced by one-third, 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the remaining 1 tablespoon butter. Pour the sauce over the chicken mixture.

2 green bell peppers, sliced into strips
1 large white onion, sliced into strips
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons butter

Steps:

  • Sprinkle chicken with garlic salt. In skillet, melt 1 tablspoon butter and add 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  • Cook chicken over medium high heat until done. Sprinkle 1/4 cup mozzarella on each breast. Remove from heat and allow cheese to melt.
  • To another skillet, add remaining olive oil and butter.
  • Add onions, peppers and minced garlic and cook on medium high. Add water and cover.
  • Cook until peppers and onions are tender, stirring often. Remove lid and cook until water evaporates.
  • Place peppers and onions over chicken and serve.

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into strips

1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced

4 large cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tablespoon dried basil
¼ cup balsamic vinegar, divided

Steps:

  • Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place the chicken in the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and brown on both sides. Remove from heat, and set aside.
  • Heat remaining oil in the skillet over medium heat, and stir in the red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, orange bell pepper, and onion. Cook about 5 minutes, until tender. Mix in the garlic, and cook and stir about 1 minute. Mix in the basil and 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar.

Steps:

24 ounces 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast, trimmed and cubed
3 tablespoons olive oil (divided)
10 ounces small sweet peppers (sliced)
1 medium yellow or white onion (slivered)
4 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 teaspoon fennel seed
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 cup dry Vermouth
14- ounce can Hunt's diced tomatoes
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon of Kraft Parmesan cheese (plus more for sprinkling)
1/2 pound 8 ounces dried Rotini pasta

Steps:

  • Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet. Add the cubed chicken and brown it until no longer pink. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside. Do not rinse or wash the skillet.
  • Add remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet and sauté the peppers and onions for several minutes, until tender. Add the garlic and sauté 30 seconds more.
  • Add the chicken back to the skillet and stir to combine.
  • Sprinkle in the dried herbs and red pepper flakes and toss to coat. Let it cook for just a couple of minutes, just until the herbs are fragrant.
  • Add in the Vermouth, Hunt's diced tomatoes and chicken broth.
  • Put a pot of water on to boil for the pasta.
  • Give everything in the skillet a stir and bring it to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer. Stir every once in a while to mingle the flavors. You will simmer this until your pasta is cooked in the boiling water.
  • Drain the pasta and put it into a bowl. Measure out a tablespoon of Kraft Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle the drained pasta with the Parmesan cheese. Toss to coat the pasta with the cheese. This will help the sauce grab the pasta and it adds flavor.
  • Add the pasta to the skillet and stir and toss everything together. Serve with additional Parmesan cheese on the side.

2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil

¼ cup oyster sauce
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
2 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
½ cup water
3 tablespoons cornstarch (divided)
3 tablespoons vegetable oil (divided)
1 large onion (cut into 1 inch pieces)
1 medium green bell pepper (cut into 1 inch pieces)
1 medium red bell pepper (cut into 1 inch pieces)
4 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
1 inch piece ginger (finely chopped)

Steps:

  • Combine all the ingredients listed under marinade including the chicken and set aside for at least 15 minutes.
  • Whisk together oyster sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, black pepper, half cup water and one tablespoon of cornstarch and set aside.
  • Once the chicken has marinated, toss it in remaining two tablespoons cornstarch.
  • Heat two tablespoons oil in a large pan and add the chicken pieces. Don't overcrowd the pan and if your pan is not large enough, do this in batches. Cook the chicken pieces on high heat for 3 minutes on each side. Remove the pieces from the pan and set aside.
  • Add the remaining tablespoon of oil to the pan on high heat, and add the onions and bell peppers. Toss them in the pan for a minute or two till they brighten up in colour and have cooked slightly. Toss in the ginger and garlic and cook for another minute.
  • Add the chicken pieces and sauce mixture to the pan. Toss everything well, and simmer for a minute or two till the sauce thickens and coats the chicken well. Serve hot with steamed rice or veggies on the side.

  • Cook penne pasta as directed on the packaging

500g small red potato , cut into thick slices
