2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 cup cubed fully cooked ham
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
1 cup shredded Colby cheese
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Cook rice mix according to package directions. Transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish. Top with chicken and ham. , In a large bowl, combine the soup, milk, Colby cheese and pepper; pour over chicken mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. , Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.

1 (3 pound) whole chicken
8 ounces dry bread stuffing mix
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
1 ¼ cups chicken broth (from boiling the chicken)
1 cup evaporated milk

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Layer the deboned chicken meat in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle stuffing mix over the chicken layer.
  • In a large bowl mix together the soups, broth and evaporated milk. Stir well. Pour this mixture over the stuffing mix, making sure it gets to the bottom of the baking dish (poke around with a fork to let it saturate into the bottom layer). Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes, until it starts to bubble in the center.

1 cup milk
½ cup cooked, cubed chicken breast meat

3 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon paprika

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Stir in the flour and heat until bubbly. Slowly add the milk, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened and smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the chicken, ham, noodles, celery, salt and ground black pepper. Transfer this mixture to a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.

1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup whole milk
1 Tbsp fresh Italian parsley (minced)
1 tsp fresh thyme (minced)

1 box Herbed Stuffing ((I use Stove Top brand))
6 Tbsp unsalted butter (melted)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, and spray 3 quart baking dish (13x9") with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Cover bottom of baking dish with bite sized chicken pieces. Sprinkle with dried thyme, paprika, salt and pepper. Top with torn ham pieces.
  • Place Swiss cheese slices on top of ham and chicken, so they are covered.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, milk, parsley, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth, thick and creamy.
  • Spoon mixture over top of the cheese and spread to cover pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine dry stuffing mix with the melted butter. Sprinkle over the top of the baking dish, so it is covered in buttered stuffing.

cooked ham slices (enough to cover the bottom of a 13x9 casserole dish)
3 cups packaged dry cornbread stuffing mix
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 1/2 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, undrained
1 cup cooked corn, drained
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1/2 cup celery, chopped fine
8 ounces shredded cheese (I used a mixture of Colby and Monterey Jack)

Steps:

  • Spray skillet with cooking spray and add about 2 tbsp.
  • butter and saute onion and celery till almost tender.
  • In large bowl add the corn bread stuffing mix, the two cans of soup (undiluted), mushrooms with liquid, corn and the onion and celery mixture; mix thorougly.

10.5 ounces cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream (8 ounces)

1/4 cup unsalted butter (2 ounces)

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350º Fahrenheit. Grease a 9x9" baking pan with cooking spray. (You can use a 9x13" baking pan if you'd like.)
  • Sprinkle the cooked chicken on the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, stir together the cream of mushroom soup and the sour cream. Pour and spread this mixture over the chicken.

1-2 lbs chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces

1 lb broccoli florets
1 can cream of chicken soup, plus ¾ of the can filled with milk
¼ cup sour cream
1 tbsp spicy brown or dijon mustard
6 large slices of Swiss cheese or 1½ cups shredded Swiss Cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray and spread the chicken pieces on the bottom in an even layer.
  • Next, evenly sprinkle the ham pieces over the chicken.
  • Place the broccoli florets on top of the ham.
  • In a medium-size mixing bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, and mustard. Pour this mixture over the broccoli. Evenly place the Swiss cheese slices over the sauce, and then evenly spread the prepared stuffing over the cheese.
