CHERRY VANILLA SODA RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:

• Add the cherries to a food processor and puree until smooth.
• Transfer the cherry puree to a saucepan over medium heat with the simple syrup and vanilla. Simmer for 5 minutes, until slightly reduced. Remove from the heat and let cool completely.
• Once the cherry syrup is cool, strain into an airtight glass container and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
• To make the soda, pour 1 cup (240 ml) of seltzer water into a glass filled with ice and add 1-2 tablespoons of cherry syrup. Stir to combine. Garnish with cherries, if desired.

VANILLA CREAM SODA

Steps:

• Combine the sugar with 3/4 cup water in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer; stir until the sugar dissolves. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla and lemon juice. Refrigerate until cold.
• Serve the syrup with seltzer over ice (3 to 4 tablespoons per 8 ounces of seltzer.) The syrup keeps refrigerated in an airtight container up to 2 weeks.

VANILLA CHIP CHERRY COOKIES

Steps:

• In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in extract. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in chips and cherries. , Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove to wire racks to cool.

• Add the vanilla to the glass.
• Mix the vanilla and sugar.
• Add the Club soda ( add a little at a time to see how much you want, to much will ruin the flavor! ).

Steps:

• In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. In another bowl, beat the egg, yogurt, butter and vanilla; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in cherries. , Fill greased or paper-lined miniature muffin cups three-fourths full. Bake at 400° for 13-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely.

CHERRY VANILLA ZUCCHINI BREAD

Steps:

• Mix together in bowl eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla, zucchini, cherries and nuts, if using.
• In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients well; add to zucchini mixture and mix together well. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
• Bake @ 350 degrees 1 hour, or until bread tests done.
